Best cannabis shop in town! Before the pandemic when you could smoke in the lounge, this place was my second home!

Great deals across the board from their low-to-top shelf flower to highly-rated concentrates.

Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly.

I've been going to this shop since 2021. They always take care of me and reward me for my loyalty. There are many options in the area but Captain Jacks is hands down the best in variety, prices, and staff. I was lucky to be helped by Rudy. He will definitely take good care of you if you have ANY questions!!!

This is one of the best dispensaries I have ever been to. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I am never waiting in line too long because they have so many bud tenders! They also have crazy deals, and fun events including this bingo game. But my favorite is their free food on 4/20. They’ve had tacos, and even funnel cakes. If you’re ever out in the IE I would check them out.

This was my first time coming and it was a great experience Sean Davis was extremely nice and helpful. He was patient with me not knowing what i wanted and explained everything so well. I will definitely be coming back bc of Sean :)

Rudy was a great help for me at Captain Jacks! He was very helpful, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about all of the products sold at Captain Jacks. Rudy acknowledged my presence as soon as I stepped into the room, with great energy, and he helped me find what I was looking for! Definitely recommend anybody to come here!

Captain Jacks is the go to place! They have something for everyone. I love how respectful everyone in the place is. I always come on my birthday for my discount and now I’ll be coming in on Saturdays from now on for a chance to win on Bingo nights!

I go here for my elderly brother who has cancer. He is a Veteran. He has discount for senior plus for being a veteran. They always thank him for his service. Top quality product helps with cancer symptoms. He is 80 years old. Great place.

This place is very good.Great the girl at the front Desk, I forgot her name, but it starts with B. She was fantastic telling me how to get there and everything. And then the guy that helped me his name is Sean. He was fantastic. He knew everything and I am definitely gonna just see him when I'm going back. Thank you very much

My dispo high times closed and I was looking for another good place to go and I definitely shopped around many. Captain jacks was so welcoming and the artwork and atmosphere is amazing. The budtenders are so knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. They have a huge plethora of deals all the time and new ones every month! On top of all that they host amazing events like blood drives, paint and sip, and bingo.

Thank you so much SEAN & ROCCO for such great customer service during my trip to Captain Jacks today. It’s always a great experience visiting this location cause the staff members are always so welcoming, friendly and courteous but today’s visit with Sean and Rocco just made it memorable. I was just having such a difficult time trying to make sure my husband’s order was complete for when I took it home and Sean and Rocco just went above and beyond to make sure I got all that was ordered. They were so polite, very patient and prepared to help me solve my hot mess of a visit that by the way was no fault of theirs. They still made it happen for me and I was able to walk out such a happy customer. I will definitely keep returning to purchase and will keep highly recommending Captain Jacks in San Bernardino.

Love this place! The ambiance and product are top notch. The staff are well trained. However, the manager, Jamie, is always so helpful and extremely knowledgeable about all of their products. On top of that, she’s always smiling and makes the day a bit brighter when I go in!

Bingo night is so fantastic. Buy-in is dependent on your purchase amount. Sean is an awesome bingo coordinator. 😇
