Super awesome place! Tony helped me out with finding a cartridge just right for me. I have non-epileptic seizures so he found me one for that/pain I have. Everyone was really nice and helpful I really recommend this place to everyone. I’ve never been to a shop this beautiful before and with awesome workers. If you aren’t willing to drop a good amount of money don’t come here. It’s higher in price BUT you get what you pay for it seems like everything is top shelf. I never review anywhere but this is really a fantastic place with a beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommend 12/10 :)

Love this shop. Stiizy carts are cheaper here than at the proprietary store down the street! They have an order ahead on the web option and the pick-up window is outside the dispensary which is always quick and drama free. However it's nice to go in, the bud tenders are always chill and helpful and it's a cool lay out.

It's so far the nicest place I have picked up from. Staff if friendly and helpful, product is usually well stocked and high grade. There customer service members are awesome! Ashley was amazing offering great deals and promos that are available! She is awesome. Thank You Ashley!

Update: I consider myself a regular customer by now and there’s never been a day where I receive bad service. Maria is excellent at her job. She always strives and goes above and beyond for you. At this current time there stock is a little short but it’s not their fault. Hopefully they can restock sooner than later ! Thank you to everyone at Empire connect for the great service.

So it's about 9pm and I walk into empire and receive the very best customer service I have ever been given. I had forgotten my wallet and there were 3 young ladies who worked as a team to make sure my needs were met. It was amazing to watch them in action. Hands down I'll keep coming back.

Just Wow! I stopped by Captain Jack and they gave me a hard time letting me in since I did not have a hard copy of my ID although I had a pic of my DMV renewal. The employees at Empire Connect were welcoming and friendly. Ivory, the sales rep was extremely helpful and guided me as a first time customer. Empire Connect should be the standard by which other weed owners should abide. Impressed!
