Smart & Final Extra!

Went during the day on a weekday. Kind people and acceptable prices. Fairly clean and not too crowded. Lines were short.

What an amazing store. So many good items and such a great design. Always has very high quality produce and always a GREAT selection of everything. A very nice store.

Seems small once you get inside but that could be because there are many many products. With the 2 intersections I had with 2 different employees, I felt welcome, at home and exceptionally serviced. Polite and helpful are not a strong enough words! Highly recommend!!!

I just wanted to say kudos about cashier named David. He always greets you with a smile and truly cares about you as a customer. We need more like him in the workplace!

It's been very rare in my life that somebody comes up to me and tells me that I dropped $10 that I didn't notice and returns them to me.
It is such a pleasure to shop in the place where people are honest just like Megan who gave me back some cash I had not seen I dropped In a previous visit to them.

Overall, customer service was great, the lines to checkout fill fast but the clerks (all girls throughout the store this particular day) were quick and kind about it! Parking is ample and overall stock of items is great! Aisles are a bit narrow for my taste but it's not a problem if you've got the time to browse around. Overall, happy with my neighborhood Smart & Final!

It's nice to see the assistant manager that was in the upland store transfered down to the Fourth and Grove store. He provides the best customer service they were products that I needed that they were out of stock on that he made sure they ordered them to have them in stock. I don't remember his name but he does a fantastic job. I used to drive to the upland store just because of his service. You guys should make him store manager he works really hard.

Great place to shop. Always find and more for less of what you're looking for. In n out prompt customer service and thanks to the workers for keeping the store immaculate.

I love the ROTISSERIE CHICKEN!! fresh, hot, and yummy great sore if you need a larger quantity but not too much bulk like Cosco or Sam's club.. nice staff and great selection.

I always shop at Smart & Final. And all the employees are always helpful if you just ask where can I find sugarless syrup for my waffles. Most will take you to the isle where you find what you are looking for. I shop at the Smart & Final store on 4th St.in Ontario Ca. 1/2 from my home.

Great store but they need to control homeless out in front. I would never allow my family to go alone because of them. #hiresecurity

The times I have came to shop here has been nothing but great prices, & great customer service, yes there would be alot of customers but the cashiers were very quick :D

They're pricey but the produce is amazing. I looked in 3 other stores finally found these gorgeous strawberries! Staff is very polite and helpful.

Was Very great cashier was happy and friendly. But store needs a security guard by the doors. A man put a black plastic bag behind the lottery machine continue to the store in side. ( Safety ) 😵

Very nice prices, and employees who works here. The store manager on duty, Marisela was very helpful, nice, and professional when I came into the store last week with my aunt. Very impressed and will continue to shop at this Ontario location 😊

I love this store it'd very convenient it's close to home they always have great sales everything is always fresh and it's always the same familiar faces when ever I go to shop and i mean the employees...which make the shopping experience all the more better

This store is always very clean well-stocked and the staff is Friendly. You can literally find anything you need for any occasion!
