CALI VIBES VAPE AND SMOKE

The customer service here was amazing. I was in need of the UB Pro coils for my vape and I had called EVERY vape shop from Placerville to Fair Oaks and they were ALL out and the last place I called was Cali Vibes and the woman I spoke to was very kind and said she had two left and would hold them for me until the next day and that she would be there then too. So the next day comes around and I give them a call just to make sure she still had them before I made the drive out there and she did! So I went to pick them up and she was so nice and very hospitable and personable. And I was super grateful for the customer service I received. (Just so this woman gets the credit she deserves at her shop, the woman I'm talking about had really short dark hair and I think she had glasses but I can't quite remember. I didn't get her name) but thank you guys for the great customer service! The price for 2 coils was a little much, but the experience definitely outweighed the cons of the price.

Very nice and friendly and they got everything you need from 18650 batteries and an external charger and very nice vapes of course!

This place has the coolest, newest stuff. And the staff is knowledgeable and so helpful. Love this store

Had a great time here, the lady on staff at the time helped me get my first vape for my birthday, explained everything to me and was super nice and funny, gonna make sure to come back when I have the chance

Came out to this store to find better selections last Wednesday. Very well laid out store, good employees who work with you and try to help you as best as possible (which they're pretty knowledgeable about vape stuff all around). Pretty happy wifh the selection of everything they've got too
