AT&T Store

My parents and I decided to visit At&t because my mom had an issue with her phone that she needed help with. Kevin was with another guest when we arrived and still greeted us and said he’d be with us shortly. When he was ready for us, he happily helped my mom fix her phone issue. We were also in the market for new phones and looking for internet and wanted to check out bundling options. Kevin helped us pick through our options, was very patient and knowledgeable about everything. Even with the store closing, we never felt rushed or pushed to get anything. We were very happy with our purchases and Kevin made the experience pleasurable. Thank you Kevin! You’re awesome!

They know what to do!! Above and beyond service from Breana, Hao and Carlos all the way to the handshake with Roland the district manager - makes this the ONLY AT&T store I’ll ever come to. Thank you for carefully considering the sale of your products and the quality of service and savings!

Went to ATT recently to learn more information about Fiber internet.

As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by the manager, Omar.

Not knowing that Fiber was in my area, him and his entire team ensured that each of my questions were answered.

Store was very organized and clean which made my experience even better.

Never seen a store as clean as this one.

I felt so confident walking out and I can’t wait to come back for upgrading my phone.

This location is full of rockstars! Carlos and Hao were so helpful and patient. They answered all my questions and were able to save me money! They were both very attentive and delightful. I’m definitely returning and sending referrals their way!

Breana was very helpful and patient with helping me trade in a phone. She walked me through everything I needed help with. Overall I was very happy with my new phone and her customers service.

Had a great customer service experience and deals from Jose.

He explained in details on charges, what i needed and what’s not needed.

Overall i am very pleased with both customer service and deals i received from this store.

Place might be hard to find, it is next to Mod Pizza and same plaza with sugar cane shop.

This was the best experience I have had at an AT&T Store. Jonathan was absolutely phenomenal in helping me get my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I originally ordered the phone for curbside pickup, but there were technical difficulties so when I arrived we did the process from the beginning and he had me in and out in 45 minutes. Jonathan was extremely kind and even stayed late to help complete my transaction. I give my experience a 10/10. Highly recommend

Came in with a question and was immediately greeted by Omar, he was very helpful and pleasant not to mention very informative. He answered my question and helped me get an upgrade I didn’t even know I was eligible for. One of the best AT&T locations I’ve been to!!

Came into the store because i've been dying to get a new phone. Omar did an exceptional job at explaining everything to me and helped me pick a program that fit my budget!

Alexis was amazing very knowable, polite & professional. She helped me replace my broken phone, get a 2 new apple watches for me & my wife & even saved me $75 on my monthly bill. How she did it, I’m not sure but she made this customer very happy. Thank you Alexis you were amazing!
