I am at this CVS often as I work right above it in office suites. Employees are always patient and helpful.

Never have had a bad transaction there. They recognise you and treat you well. Price's aren't horrible and neither is the selection. And for my 1st dealings with the pharmacy today the young man was helpful, friendly and competent.

Had great service at the pharmacy today from Jennifer. Without my asking she checked to see lowest pricing for my medication. Ended up reducing it from $42 to $19.
Sheryl the Pharmacist, and their staff are always wonderful and professional. Never a long wait either.

Super helpful CVS. Well merchandised and stocked. Wide assortment of products. Very helpful pharmacist and staff. They go the extra mile to keep their customers safe. Most importantly they help customers who have unique issues with insurance, prices or viable alternatives. This CVS is Indian Wells Local pharmacy.

Always great. Writing this because some 60 year old a-hole who couldn’t wait in line said he was gonna write a bad review. Ray handled the situation great. did his job and remained calm, while being the only checker. Thanks ray!

Very responsive service in pharmacy. We were from out of town and pharmacist arranged for us to pick up there.

The CVS is amazing but I would go somewhere else to get your covid vaccine or booster. The pharmacist seemed as if she tripped and fell and landed in my arm with a needle, she didn’t even walk over to the left side of my body to inject my left arm. 3 days later I’m still bruised.

Unbelievably slow for pharmacy. Physician called in prescription, I waited an hour to pick it up. When I got there, they hadn't even started on it. Waiting for 30 minutes now. Still not done

Lots of really terrible, badly run pharmacies in the area....and unfortunately this is one of them.

The aisles are tiny and some of the front aisles are overloaded with candy, etc. but they were out of so many actual health-related pharmacy items. The store overall looked as if a windstorm had blown through - just badly organized and a mess.

The self-checkout register didn't work at all (I know how to use one, but this one malfunctioned) and operation of the cash register seemed to be completely beyond the capabilities of the very confused and distracted employee at the front - who also appeared to be the only person there. Won't go back to this location.

Worst pharmacy EVER. i was told prescription for my Great Dane would be ready Friday and theyd call me to pick up when ready, i dropped off Tuesday. I called Friday when didn't hear and manager said she not filling it. My great Dane has bone camcer and has massive infection in leg post surgery, i was at surgeon yesterday could have gotten pain meds then but thinking cvs would fill prescription Friday didnt ask for medication. NEVER go to CVS INDIAN WELLS, their only expertise is making people and animals SUFFER UNECESSARILY. Shame on them!

I was offered a survey regarding CVS, with a promise of a free gift. I chose the high powered flashlight. I dutifully took the survey - which was all very positive - and then when I filled in the info (including my credit card numbers for the free flashlight gift) was told I was "black listed" and cut off. Shame on CVS.
