HUSTLER® Hollywood

All of the staff, especially the manager, were so wonderful and helpful and knowledgeable and friendly!!! My friends and I had so much fun! I knew HUSTLER had beautiful lingerie but I was not aware they also have a back room of toys, and I was astounded by the selection. This location carries the absolute best brands and the best items from those brands -- everything you could want! I had been to several other adult stores in the area that night, and I was overjoyed to find they had a specialized product for trans men in stock that no one else had. I was so thrilled and felt so affirmed and embraced that I bought a bunch of other stuff there as well. They also have an extremely well curated selection of what I always think of as the "silly bachelorette" section -- the plush toys or shot glasses or confetti shaped like You Know What. The store was also very clean, well organized, and expertly lit and laid out, which made it a welcoming experience. I'll definitely be coming back here for outfits to wear out to the club!!

The staff is super sweet Christopher the manager is super nice and very easy on the eyes and the shift supervisor Zane is extremely persuasive and charming and gorgeous I go in all the time and always walk out with merchandise and a smile!!!!

Above and beyond. It was close to closing time and manager had to get change from back (because we waited NO EVEN THAT LONG) also it was my birthday and the manager gave me a little variety pack of items - regular size item I may add.
Highly recommend.

Loves It!

It is a nice store with lots of sex toys and lingerie, the one item I went there to buy was out of stock and the person said, I have no idea when we will get another delivery and I don't think the manager does either cuz we are such a low volume store they send us deliveries whenever they decide to and I keep checking back with no avail, bummer

They refused to let me return an unopened gift within 14 days stating company policy. I understand if it was open because that’s gross and they cannot verify if it was used but it is not. When I asked why, the blasé cashier couldn’t tell me why just that it’s their policy. He would barely even look inside the bag and just pointed to a tiny sign located under the register that I had to bend down to just to see. I’ll shop at the actual queer owned stores on Arenas moving forward. They don’t even sell poppers here 😩
