I came to this Staples location to my preTSA appointment. The store is clean and organized. The staff was friendly and helped me find where the TSA checkpoint was. The lady at the TSA check was super nice and explained the process thoroughly! It took less than 10 min to do the whole process! Then I went ahead and got some paper and pens.

Had at experience at the store. Help was great and knowledgable. Recommend to all.

My recent trip to staples was satisfying. I was able to have a poster made to celebrate my mother's 82nd birthday in a timely manner. The associates were so kind and helpful in their recommendations so I could get exactly what I needed. I had the option to pick up in one hour or the next day. I was impressed with the fast service. I would definitely recommend Staples for your printing and copying needs. It is rare these days that associates are so cordial and helpful. Most often you are ignored or expected to find what you need on your own. Cudos to Staples for doing it the right way.

The chair I purchased earlier in the year was defective and I went to purchase a warranty replacement a couple days ago. Everyone was very nice and helpful but when I got to the register the young lady asked me to wait so that she could check to make sure the price was comparable to their online price and sure enough it was much cheaper online. She then rang up the new chair at the discounted price. Great service from a wonderful staff. I don't give away many 5 star reviews but this time it was definitely earned.

I’m gonna take my time to type a great review with a great customer service that I received. Ms Dawn had been very helpful assisting me, this will be my favorite staples branch now.

Naomi was extremely helpful and fast today in the copy and print center! I was stressed out about an order from Office Depot that was messed up and she helped me fix the mistake fast and with ease! So thankful for her help today also the cashier man in the front greeted me each and every time I came in the store with a smile! Best experience I ever had at a staples truly !!

The ladies in the printing department this morning were very kind and supportive. I asked for support this morning regarding a paper jam and Ms.Naomi was so kind helping to resolve the challenge. Both ladies this morning spoke to everyone who walked in the area and asked if they needed support with anything and I was very appreciative of their kindness. Thank you so much for your stellar customer service and smiles.

Went in for a quick print job. Staff were super helpful and pleased with the final product.

A bit concerned that there’s people in their coughing and sneezing. Pretty sure there’s signs saying not to enter if not feeling well. Wish stores would do better enforcing this.

Fast friendly service. Willing to help and understand the needs of my personal and business needs when it comes to electronics or anything else that has to do with the office. Been a pleasure to work with Mark and Patrick and the rest of his team. Always happy with the service I receive from Staples. I can always depend on them to have a print job done by the time promised.

Daniel was a great help! Got me set up with my staples reward account and saved me a good chunk of change. It is rare to have someone go over and beyond for someone they dont know...but he did. Daniel is very much appreciated and I know corporate would be happy to know that they have a great employee that represents the company well.

Got assistance by Mindy and made sure I didn't leave with the wrong laptop charger. Went through two boxes and neither worked. Saved me time and found out I can ship ups items from Amazon there! Thanks Mindy!

Edit: This was a review for the Yard house on Tyler. Staples does NOT have booze, and the food is ok as long as you like candy bars and those cheese balls that come in large plastic barrels. The staff is still pretty cool.

Store looked good and organized. Checkout was a little bit slow because employees were helping other people in other areas of the store. The manager jumped on a register and helped me and was fast and courteous.

I went into Staples today and I was greeted by a young man named Evan. He was so polite and helpful. He also escorted me across the store to what I needed. Thank you.

We absolutely love this Staples! It is by far the best managed office supply store with a copy center.
We run an HVAC company and often need the services offered at a copy center and have had many unhappy experiences elsewhere.
Staples employee Dawn is hands down the most capable person we have worked with when it comes to our copy needs. She is well versed in her job duties and performs them well. She is extremely friendly and goes out of her way to ensure her customers satisfaction.
As long as the current management and Dawn are at this location we will continue to bring our business needs here.
