Big Lots

I’ve been looking for Grinch outdoor mat for month. Stuff went above and beyond to help me find it. Lake Elsinore team were very helpful and understanding compare to other Big Lots stores. Thank you guys you are the Best. Will definitely come back to shop with you ❤

Awesome place to shop, sooooo many deals at a great price

Got chased around the store by employees who were talking to themselves on their radios; keep acting like they were requesting play back of video footage after I’d walk past an isle showing the kids the toy section but apparently I was on suspect watch ?

I was meeting a friend next door for a massage. I went early to see what "goodies" Big Lots had to offer. I was a happy happy camper to see CANDLES glorious CANDLES!!! Candles when I walked in. Candles when I came out of the kitchen section. Candles in the Fall section. Candles in the Christmas section. Candles at the check out. Everywhere I looked CANDLES, CANDLES, CANDLES! I was in candle Heaven. Did I buy candles? You betcha!!!

I have loved Big Lots since it was Pic and Save!! This store has gone through many transitions since I've been shopping here, and I think it's headed in a better direction again! I was doing some last minute Christmas shopping with my granddaughter and overall it was a good trip! Kelvin was very nice and helpful.

I got frustrated quite easily today at the staff and the staff answered all my questions and helped me find my products I was looking for even after I was acting that way they kept their cool especially the cashier whom I didn't catch her name but was extremely patient and signed me up to the buzz rewards. I want to thank your staff, they are awesome. I was on edge today, and there is no excuse, even though this is one. I acted this way because I'm trying to quite smoking. Ty

I was very surprised to walk in and found out that they had remodeled the place. The place does not look like a Big Lots. But more of a higher-end home store. The staff was very informative and helpful. Great place to buy furniture and stuff for your homes at a great discount price. They now carry Ashley Furniture's.

The store was a little light on product but not unexpected due to covid 19. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful and extremely nice. The cashier was very careful in packing my purchases. She separated all the nonfood and food carefully in the bags.

The personal are courteous and helpful. I love walking around the store. Always find useful items for less.

I called to check if the patio cushions I wanted where in stock. The staff was very friendly and took the time to have someone make sure they had them. I have physical issues, so it's a big deal for me not to make a trip to a store and find they're out of stock. Extremely
helpful , and the bonus is the cushions are on sale! Great store. ☺ Just wish customers had the option to order online and pick up items at the store. Hate paying for shipping!

Had coupons in my email. I was able to stack them. $40.00 worth of miscellaneous merchandise for $26.
