Excellent customer service. Always being offered assistance. All the employees look happy and it showed. I tested the system a little bit and we resolved each step of the way. Great deals and I love how I can just walk out. Used returns from Amazon to score extra savings. Can't go wrong with a large pizza for 6.99!

First visit: very impressive technological competitive advantage - hundreds if not thousands of cameras around, the cart has a barcode, and if you are an Amazon member, fireup your app and scan the QRcode on your screen to enter. You can also register the palm of your hand to start enjoying the shop and bag as you go. It is a bit intimidating how Amazon can track every item in your cart and price the total accurately - we decided to go the conventional route - use a cashier to check out.

Monthly Regular Visits (2023): I am still old-school using the conventional check-out lane rather than the automated self-checkout. I do feel more comfortable shopping here because of the affordability of essential items.

When I saw that another Yelp friend had gone and reviewed this place, we had to try it out for a fun Saturday. It is about 20mins from our house so it was a bit of a commitment!
Overall it was a great experience. Beginning with scanning for entry and exiting. I seriously love technology and using it to make shopping that much easier! I haven't been to a real grocery store since 2020 so I loved this "touch less" approach.

Keep an eye out for the prices... some stuff is ridiculously overpriced..and some things are spot on or even under priced. We were on the hunt for low priced items, that fit our "game" of only eating a single color today! (I was red, my oldest was orange and my youngest was yellow) Amazon Fresh made it easy!

Overall, we would come back if we were in the area but probably wouldn't make the special trip.

Pro Tip: give yourself a budget, have lunch at the hot bar and bring your returns with you to make the trip a double win!

A little weird at first but great once you get used to it. Some prices were a little higher, but they do have a lot of great organic options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I like it!

Visited Amazon Fresh Store a few times, they have a very nice deli, salad bar, pizza station, bakery, fresh brewed coffee and prepared food section which the food is fresh, prepared daily and very delicious. There are also American, Mexican and Asian prepared food everyday as well as great selection of soups. Did some major shopping a couple times during prime day at Amazon with some great deal in their grocery section. They had 25% off $50 spending saved a lot and everything looks so fresh. The store in Murrieta is very clean, organized and no problems finding what you are looking for to buy. The store workers are very polite, courteous and knowledgeable to help with any assistance you need during your visit. The produce section is well stocked as well with fruits, vegetables and spices. I would highly recommend this store for your shopping needs.

Information for anyone who does not know much about this store, If you wish to use just walk out, you will need an amazon account with a card linked to it. If you do not wish to use just walk out technology then you can enter through the very first gate which is different colored than the Just walk out gates. You may also insert your card into the slot on the just walk out gates if you do not wish to pull up the In store code on the amazon app. Second, do NOT walk in with someone who used the Just walk out gates and you are not shopping with them. If you do, and you pick anything up, you will be stealing from them as they will be charged for what YOU grabbed which is fraud. If you wish to enter quickly use the very first gate on the left.

Many people are confused about how this store works, so heres how it does. If you use Just walk out, then you are free to shop, bag, and exit through the gates close to the dining area by either inserting your card, in store code, or palm linked to amazon one. If you did not scan in, exit through the register area, do not force the just walk out gates to open. It is unnecessary and is not the only way out of the store.

Third, if you use just walk out, ensure no one you dont know walks in the gate with you, you will be charged for what they grab , so ensure only the people you are shopping with, enter with you. Also, if you pick anything up, and decide you dont want it, put it back in its original spot! Or else the system will charge you, You can request a refund in the amazon app if you did not take it.

Another topic I see mentioned in the reviews which are not completely true is a person saying amazon tried to charge them when they didn't buy anything. The reason is because when you use Just walk out, it will use a temporary authorization just like any other service would, like a subscription, like a gas station, basically anything like that will have a temporary authorization just to make sure your card is real!

Finally, this store is great once you get a hang of it. There are no serious issues when using just walk out when you understand the principles of the store and how it works. Now use the information given to you to make the right decisions!

Incredible experience if you're into up and coming technologies. You can use your phone for the store to identify who you are as you enter and use the Amazon payment feature at checkout. The prices are on par with any other grocery store, but they offer a lot that normal places don't carry, especially if you're GF

This store is extremely clean, friendly and helpful staff and a great selection. They have an ENTIRE lane dedicated to ice cream which is like heaven on earth. Excited to go back and shop again some day.

Amazon fresh is such a wonderful place to visit and shop. It was my first experience with Amazon fresh. From entry you feel the professionalism of the staff and workers here. We tried to discover how it works and we were able to connect our prime to credit card. And after around 15 minutes of the experience we checked out with one cold brew coffee without checking out with any employee or worker. It was automatically connected to our mobile credit card through the phone. I hope they open a new one in Staten Island NY where we live.

Opening day (finally). Very impressed with the selection and quality. Fresh salad bar, hot soups, sushi rolls, pizza (by the slice+custom whole), hot food bar, sandwiches (custom and packaged) and prepackaged heat and serve meals. Plus the normal grocery, dairy and frozen isles. FYI, fresh produce and packaged meat/poultry is per package or per item, not weighed.

2 choices for check out: just walk out and you will be auto charged via your Amazon app (not as scary as it sounds) or use one of the cashier checkout stands.

I like it here. Small scale grocery store and very clean. So many assortments of fresh ready-to-eat food. Bought a sushi roll and surprisingly it was pretty good. My wife also liked it.

First time and boy was I impressed!
Very clean, fresh, and an abundant prepared food selection, such as beef brisket, pizza, chicken, samosa, macaroni, etc. The pizza was delicious.. The salad bar was bountiful. Will definitely purchase again. Love their sushi bar & fresh pastries.

We had the best time! I had seen this on YouTube, but thankfully, it wasn't busy, so my mom and I got to learn and explore. I did have two small Amazon returns, which I made and was the reason we ended up at this location. It was so easy! I even received a coupon from the return to use for our groceries. Many of the prices were low or competitive, so we left with eggs, lunch meat, fruit (berries), cereal, and frozen breakfast items. We scannned our coupon, saw the total, scanned our phone, and we were on our way. We left, and a few hours later, we received an accurate itemized receipt of our items, and that's it. It was so easy. So easy. There were things we didn't know brands even made! We look forward to returning!

It's so well organized. We set up our account to check in and out with our palm, yes our hand palm. It was easy and convenient, they were very helpful. My favorite section is the pastries, yum! I definitely liked the selection of cooked food. All you have to do is pick your box size and add your selected food in the box. The employees are very friendly and helpful.

This is a five star shopping experience! Very calm with soft lighting. They have fabulous produce and meat is great quality. Lots of prods to choose from. They carry everything. If you haven't tried it, you should. Never crowded. Can also drop off Amazon on line returns here. It's all good.

Pretty good selection of fruits and veggies which were also tasty and appeared fresh. The isles are wide and the store is nice and quiet.

From a technology point of view, the store is pretty cool. I liked the idea of just grabbing stuff and putting it in the cart. Near the checkout area grab a couple of bags and leave. After about an hour I got a notification in the Amazon app that the receipt arrived. Amazing that everything I grabbed was on the receipt which didn’t include the stuff I placed in the cart but later put back (a personal test for humor’s sake). Even the two bags I grabbed were included although the area didn’t seemed to be a technology area.

Although I stopped here out of convenience as I was shopping at other stores in the same complex, it was a great experience once I got past the learning curve. Other reviews state the prices are high but appears they are comparing to discount or low priced stores like Walmart or Sam’s Club. Not a really good comparison. From a price point I would compare Amazon Fresh to Barons, Trader Joe’s, or like Whole Paycheck (Whole Foods).

Second time coming here for an Amazon return. The second time I actually shopped here and it was a great experience. Some items are a bit more expensive than other stores. I got a great deal for the items I purchased. They also have coupons like an extra 10% off certain items for prime members and $10 off a $50 purchase . The staff was also very friendly and helpful. You can pay at a cash register as well. Will be coming back .

Love this store. Very clean and organized. If I can avoid talking to people or standing in a line, I'm there! Just scan and go. Of course some items are pricey....that's why u gotta go for the sales!
