I've been here twice in 2 weeks on my way back from Palm Springs. I've interacted with 4 staff members and they have all been extreme helpful and knowledgeable. Tito in particular went the extra mile. Loved his service. Helped me with me select the card case that best suited my needs. In design and for my lifestyle.

The store is clean and organized clothes by sections. I don’t know if the store changes its layout frequently. When I was there, the T shirt section is in the middle of the store in which I like because it’s a popular item and makes it easy to choose. I really like the wall behind the cashiers, it’s very pretty and unique signature for Paul Smith.

Terrible customer service - came in recently and the gentlemen working were unhelpful and unfriendly. Good selection of clothes. Spent my money at Ted Baker (they had great customer service).
