Living Spaces

From the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out, my experience was very pleasant. The large store is laid out very nicely, well-thought out areas, open and nicely lit. And, I actually found the furniture pieces I’d been looking for for 2 years … at a very fair price. PLUS, they offer free delivery. I win, they win, we ALL WIN! I will be back, I saw some cool mirrors and outdoor furniture…. Gotta sit on those couches too. Also my Amazon mattress is about to Goooooo, and they have nice mattresses. SWEET! While I was there the owner came and was met with super kindness & respect. That said A LOT!! The guy helping me was super low key —he said he loves that they don’t have to work for commissions— just happy employees. Wahooo! FIVE MILLION stars!! ;-) I can’t wait to get my work table… which they scheduled at MY convenience.

I love Living Spaces!!! I went into the store to purchase a new sofa and possibly mattress too(I got both)! I selected my sofa, then went home and realized it would be a bit large for my space. I called the rep, she put a hold on delivery and I went back the following day to make the change.
The people there are so nice and knowledgeable. My delivery was rescheduled for the very next day!!!

Jennifer and the team at this store are awesome, the level of excellence customer service, affordable and quality really sold us. We just purchased a home and have no furniture as we down sized years ago and after going to so many furniture stores all around we ended up going with Living Spaces the warranty was the cherry on top as if you don't use you get it back in store credit. That's awesome.

On the hunt for the perfect sectional, I visited four other stores including Mor, Ashley’s, Macy’s and Jerome’s till I finally was beat down exhausted when I walked into my last stop, Living Spaces. I did my usual tour of walking around when one sectional caught my eye. It was by the design duo and partners Nate and Jeremiah.

Called the Marcel, it was super soft, the seats were deep, and it was the perfect size for our small-ish living room. I knew it was the one but I brought back my whole family, my husband and my two boys, to try it out later that night to make sure it was the right fit. It was! We all loved it. I struggled with choosing the color but I’ve always wanted a blue couch so we chose that color. It takes up to 35 days to get the couch so we are now eagerly awaiting its arrival.

Natalie was the salesperson who made the process easy and effortless. Thanks, Natalie! You’re a pro.

After: We received our huge sectional and boy was it HUGE! Mostly because we got matching ottomans that fit between the sofa. We were a little mislead, thinking the ottomans were smaller and that they’d fit perfectly with the sectional, but they turned out gigantic. Nevertheless, we love our sofa bed. Haha. Only hard part is getting out! We fall asleep on this somewhat comfy couch all the time. This is where my husband watched the Superbowl..asleep!

We were so impressed with our shopping experience at Living Spaces. We rarely leave a review but every sales associate was so friendly and helpful, the prices were great, the process to purchase was fast and simple. Our sales associate explained how it would ship clearly with options. It arrived the next morning. Incredibly pleased. We will return!

We can’t remember the name of the young lady who originally waited on us. She shared that she is relatively new. But she did great. Answered all of our questions and was very personable. Would definitely buy from her again.

Everyone was friendly, delivery was quick and they even split it into two shipments so I could receive the bulk of my order sooner. Paid extra for the full service delivery and it was worth!

My wife and I were shopping for a powered recliner for her recovery from an upcoming surgery. We really like furniture shopping at Living Spaces. Their associates are extraordinary! A perfect example is Dana, who assisted us with this search and purchase. We return again and again because we always have a good experience. We highly recommend them!

Vontre (asst. manager) immediately helped us upon entering the showroom, even walked us over and waited with us in line at Customer Service to assist us with our warranty claim. Then Daysha continued to help us decide on our purchase offering many suggestions and pieces of advice. They both exhibited expertise,, patience and professionalism! The Living Spaces furniture & availability, warranty and customer service is unmatched! THANK YOU for the seamless experience!! You’re all amazing!

Travis was extremely helpful with us finding just the perfect couch for our living room. Staff are very friendly and professional. Great quality furniture. We had a great experience with Pam in the Menifee store. She was informative, friendly, and very patient. We were looking for a new bedroom set and mattress and were indecisive about some of the pieces. She looked things up for us and gave us options to make our choices easier. She’s also lots of fun so it made the buying experience much nicer. Thanks Pam!

Bad with names, I just got it but now I have forgotten. The gentlemen that assisted us was very helpful and very patient. I believe he talked about all the sofas on the floor and then we went back because my wife was undecided until a few minutes later she decided.

Pam was extremely helpful, friendly, and just overall great. She really made this experience fun and exciting for us, especially since we are first-time home buyers buying furniture for the first time. The experience was 12/10 with Pam, and we're excited to receive our couch soon.

Dana was such a wonderful lady. We were in your Menefee store late Saturday morning. Dana walked all over your very big showroom, a few laps around to make our shopping experience complete. She is a keeper !!!! I could only give her 5 stars; I would have given her 20 stars.

We had an awesome experience with Living Spaces. We purchased a coffee table and an end table. The sales person (I believe his name was Jason) was very helpful and knowledgable but did not pressure us in any way.
We purchased these items in CA but live outside of Tucson, AZ. Living Spaces had our purchase delivered at NO CHARGE, which was surprising and unexpected. Living Spaces sent several text messages about the scheduled delivery and options to changed it if need be. The delivery service was great. The boxes arrived on time and in excellent shape. Both items were well packaged, nothing damaged!! I would highly recommend Living Spaces to anyone looking for good quality furniture at reasonable prices.

Jessica was SO patient with us through the entire process. She deserves a raise! She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Omar got back to us promptly when the items we wanted were out of stock. The items became available two days later and they called us back, which is rare these days. The store was well staffed and employees weren’t pushy at all. Prices were comparable with other stores in the area. Coffee was good too.

Today I was in Living Spaces, Menifee. Hannah, my customer representative was awesome! She helped me choose a perfect & beautiful new sofa + matching chair for my spacial needs. Hannah was professional, patient & courteous! Thank you Hannah & Living Spaces for the great service & quality products!

Me and my wife Shopping experience here was great but at first, no one wanted to help us I felt, but then Travis came up to us after walking through the warehouse , Travis was so fantastic and so easy to talk to I’m going to recommend this place to everyone that I know again I want to give a huge shout out to Travis for helping us find our dream couch. I appreciate him and dedication and knowledge about every piece of furniture that we had questions about 10 out of 10 Service thank you guys

This is a great store to shop! The people who helped me were very knowledgeable and very supportive. I particularly liked that they provided space for my family to discuss things, Reappearing at the appropriate time. The check out procedure was very easy, and the scheduling options were terrific.
