Gilbert provided amazing customer service and really went above and beyond. I’ve been searching for this item for a while as a gift and it’s been sold out at all locations and I’ve even checked in different States. Nice store but if you buy it and it has hidden damage it’s your problem, not the store’s, if they dont have an exact replacement.
