The store associates are friendly and helpful. I have loved Loft for years, and I still love it to this day.

I shop here because of the petite sizes they carry. It is not always easy to find great fitting clothing when you are 5ft tall. The Loft has a decent petites section with a variety of work wear and casual wear. You won't fi d trashed jea s here, but you will probably find work appropriate jeans in seasonal colors that fit great.

This is a gem of a store. The fashion is clean and crisp for woman. The best feature of this store is the frequent sales and more than adequate sizes. The prices can be pricey but you get what you paid for, quality merchandise.

I’m impressed salesperson Mary is very good service, friendly, recommend everything and I will come back to this store, excellent.

I love that they are size Inclusive and I learned a lot from the helpful cashier about ordering sizes for myself that they might not carry in store!

I like the store because there is a little bit of everything for everyone. the clothes are nice and perfect for work or casual dressing.
However, the prices are a little bit high end and but i like the fact that I can shop online and pick-up in store to avoid any shipping fees
