We put Daiso on our "must visit" list anytime we go to the mall. What a wonderful shop! It's very much like the dime-stores that I never see anymore. You can find alarm clocks and dish towels, ink pens and even fishing gear. They also carry Japanese snacks of all descriptions, and cold beverages, as well as a great selection of chopsticks, rice bowls, etc. I bought my grandson an earthenware sake set that is very simple yet elegant, with the pieces sold separately. Great little place for gifts or for yourself.

Always full of interesting items that are hard to find any where else.
Great store, one of the larger stores in the area.

I love this store. So many cool and useful trinkets and a wide variety of tasty Japanese snacks. I always walk out with something cute, useful or tasty when I visit this store.

Reminds me of shops I've visited in Japan. Lots of fun stuff and good prices.

Awesome little store! It was described to me as the Japanese 99cent store. Way cooler than that. A lot of inexpensive items though. Candy, unique foods to Japanese culture, kitchen utensils, socks and art supplies. If you are into Japanese culture or just curious. its worth a look. We came away with 2 big bags of goodies for under 40$

if you love Asian style items and snacks, this is your store! so many kinds of snacks, variety and items. Most for a little over $1 unless priced. My girls love this store and I never leave empty handed also. Cute place for snacks that won't break the bank if the kids grab more than one each.

This is the first place I go to whenever I need to add more decorative chopsticks to my collection. I also love their selection of pocky and other cute household items! And I most of all LOVE how everything is so reasonably priced there!

I've been wanting to go for a month now, after standing in line for 15 minutes I finally got to go and my daughter and I loved it. Fun to try new foods and look at all the cool things they have there. I'd recommend it for sure.

This place has everything! I'm so happy they opened a local store. You can find a great variety of snacks, kitchen and shower supplies, gifts, makeup and school stuff, and phone accessories. The aisles are a little claustrophobic, and the store attracts a lot of people, but it's worth it.

This is an amazing store! Not only is it filled with amazing merchandise you won't find anywhere else, most of it is just $1.50 (though some items are more)

But be warned, "Daiso" is apparently Japanese for "death to your wallet from a thousand tiny purchases" , it's easy to get carried away and spend more than you realize.

Also has a fair amount of American candy and snacks for reasonable cost.

Definitely not a dollar store. I would consider it as a source of mostly Japanese snacks (HiChew!), small personal, household and office supplies. A great place to find things you would not have thought you need until you see them. Limited capacity during the pandemic; you'll have to fall in line to get in on busy hours.

Love this place, always spend way too long in here looking at everything. You can find really cool little treasures here for $1.50! ( most items are $1.50 but some are more expensive, they will be marked with the different price if so). They have a ton of arts and crafts supplies, gardening tools, toys and pet stuff, and the crazy amount of different storage they have is total Heaven! (Especially when some of the stuff is 10x the price at Michaels or JoAnn's)

Great selection of snacks and miso ingredients. The laundry bags last a long time. Lots of knick knacks but usually useful things.

One stop shop for everything, snacks, beauty products, school supplies, food. Very convenient, and very nice place with friendly staff. They carry a very hard to find lemon tea that other stores don't. This one is at the mall so it does make it a nice stop if you need something to drink. Does get busy on the weekends though.

Love this store. I never have any issues, except maybe waiting in a longer line. Otherwise great shop, fun things to find all over the store. Try a new snack or buy something beauty or for home.

Always love shopping here! Can always find something you weren't looking for that you just need in your life. Prices have gone up, but most things don't go over 3 dollars.

So excited for the re-opening of this place later this August! We live 2 hours away from Roseville but whenever we roll thru, this place is a must stop for us. A LOT of cute little knick-knacks and snacks for under $3. Great service and always has their shelves stock and full.
