Employee helped me find items I was looking for and then gave me some tips on sizing wire nuts. Good customer service today. Normally I find someone not familiar with the department items and cannot point out the required items in electrical to do the job. In the fan department they did not have stock of the display I wanted. They have Hampton Bay but not Hunter ceiling fans.

Had a great customer experience today with Joanne in the Garden area. She went out of her way to move boxes looking for a large planting pot for us to purchase plus more items. Always smiling and chatting with us. Very nice to see that positive friendly attitude. Thank you, we are always big fans.

There are 2 cats now, this now makes this the best hardware store solely for this fact and nothing else. All places should have mandatory cats.

The staff were nice and helpful, even when loading our trailer. The store was also very clean and organized.

I went to the cabinet center, and they were more than willing to help me. Unlike the homedepot in Auburn, the worst person ever to work with I'll never go there again.

The people in the garden center are always friendly and helpful!

This Home Depot is conveniently located for a residence in the Lincoln area. The store is not always very busy so there’s plenty of file room to move around. Lots of available help for personal here. Great garden area. I shop here often.

For handy home owners, this is one of the two places you gotta go regularly to maintain your home!

A very nice Home Depot. The gentleman employee in the paint department was very helpful. Had all the items I needed.

I needed some electrical rewiring help Saturday morning at the Lincoln store. Tyler was the HD representative handling the electrical department. Every question I asked and every concern I had he was informed, knowledgeable and able to assist me on my needs. I was pretty darn impressed as he's a pretty young guy and he told me he studies electrical parts and installations every morning at his breakfast before coming to work. That's a pretty good example of someone with character and who has pride in his job. You sure don't see much of that nowadays. Then I go to do my self checkout and I'm doing fine and all of a sudden Jessica walks up to give me a hand.
I couldn't believe how polite Jess was and how she was still willing to help me even at a self checkout counter. Got to give it to this staff at Lincoln HD, that they are doing an exceptional job.

I recently moved from Chicago, IL to Lincoln, CA and I am not sure where to begin or end with my review of the Home Depot Store in Lincoln, CA.

As a new resident of Northern California, you can imagine I have a lot of renovation, ideas, projects and things that need to be done. Ever since my first encounter at the store, I am very honored to say that I've had STELLAR customer service. Ever been greeted with a smile, followed up with a hello, and anything I can do to help you find what you're looking for? Well, I have EVERY SINGLE TIME and much more.

This store and their staff have exemplary customer service from the moment you are greeted at the entrance door and in every single department (and trust me I've been to every single department.)

Just like the show "Cheers" where everybody knows your face/name, so is the case here. It feels like home when I go there and am warmly greeted with the same smiling faces who always offer to help you with any projects, give advice, and help you find useful resources.

I'd like to personally thank Jeff K. for always greeting me with a smile and always lending a hand in everything I needed help for. From the moment I met him he offered the best advice, help & assistance and above all his knowledge. I can tell he cares about his team and has a love/passion for what he does.

Another thank you to Ethan and Angelo who helped Jeff and I load a very large/heavy order into the moving truck. We couldn't have done it without you and your assistance.

Another personal thank you to Jeff L. for sitting down with me and enrolling me with the Home Depot Pro account. He made it painless and explained the processes.

Finally, another big thank you to Bobette, Michelle and Tim A. Nothing beats going into the store and seeing those big smiles and the "not you again" comments. Always greeted with assistance and help and going out of their ways.

Now, I know I mentioned Jeff K. and Tim A., and Bobette above but I am going to again. I made a purchase that unfortunately had to get returned due to the item being damaged by the manufacturer. Bobette jumped right in ensured that she would send Jeff K and Tim A to my home for redelivery of the item. No hassle, no problems. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Within the hour Jeff K and Tim A were at my home, reinstalling the item (it was a defective fridge) and hauled away the boxes. It's these personal touches that goes a long way. Home Depot is not just a place to buy items, but if you get to meet great quality people who love what they do for the sakes of that good ole "Family" feeling, then by golly I will always shop here!

Thank you to Home Depot for hiring great quality customer service as it's been long gone for many years, but not here! This is where you can shop knowing that there is always someone there to help you along the way and offer their expertise!

Review started with 1 star and ending with 5 stars: Ordered a stove/oven unit for delivery and installation. The 3rd party delivery team was friendly but did not finish the installation. With in 15 seconds of them leaving realized they had not leveled it at all. Ran outside and they were gone. Very fast in and out. Called the 3rd party delivery support and asked if they could quickly turn around and complete the install, customer support refused and said we could have a new appointment in five days. I called the local HD, they could not get a better option for them to return. Here comes the 5 stars: Appliance Supervisor Jeff and associate Donovan offered and came out the next day to finish the install. They did a very thorough job! Thank you Jeff for following through and making a happy customer. Will continue to be a HD customer.

Big shout out to Victor in the paint department for never giving up the search for a product that was not on the shelf, but inventory showed 29 in stock. He went and above and beyond for us, trying to locate the product. Also Eric and Claudia, who joined in the effort and eventually Claudia located the boxes, at the very top of the rack at the opposite end of the aisle. The Paint dept. employees here are awesome! Thank you so much!

This is one of the better home depots I've been to

This is by far my favorite Home Depot in the area. Every employee I've had an interaction with is polite, helpful, and competent. The store isn't too busy, but it's fairly well stocked. I drive a few extra miles to shop at this store, but it's worth it.

The Roseville locations could learn a thing or two from the Lincoln store.

I truly enjoy going to this location. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We you go looking for help, they do not seemed "burdened" to provide their assistance. Granted, they are very busy and may already have a line of people they are helping, but the do acknowledge you and will get to you. This location obviously needs more assistance. However, the staff they do have definitely tries their best to deliver a wonderful experience.

May 2020 - this place continues to amaze and Delight. Seriously if you have an issue they will have a solution. Today I felt extra special because I was mumbling under my breath about being overwhelmed and one of the staff immediately said how can I help. Keep doing what you're doing it's awesome

Excellent Customer Service, everything you need for those home projects!!!!

On 8/12/22 my 7 yo granddaughter wandered off in the store. When I told the front desk, they immediately lock down all entrances, announced her name and one employee brought her to the front. I was so overwhelmed with the incident that I didn't thank all who assisted and made this ok. THANK YOU ALL!!! You were amazing!

I visited the Lincoln, CA location for home items. I was blessed to receive excellent, superior, professional, friendly and helpful service from Eric in the paint dept. and Selena at the self checkout. Both of these individuals went above and beyond in their assistance in helping me. Also it was refreshing to sense that both of these employees genuinely displayed a happiness to be there and assist me as a customer. I am grateful for your service and appreciate you being there thru Covid!

Thank you to the folks of Lincoln Home Depot. We visit other H.D. stores and were very pleased with yours! So nice and clean! Everything in order and got everything we needed. Employees were cordial and very helpful. We will be back to shop at the LIncoln Home Depot again. A+ all the way!
