Called this company because Turners Outdoorsman was sold out of Pelican cases and I needed one to store my photographic equipment. I left a message and no one bothered to call back.

In these economic times, how can you turn away business with no return phone call. This company lost a potential $2,500 sale.

They sold me a older version of the vault v700 case. I contacted them via email for a swap of the newest version of the case which their listing is advertising. A week later and no reply to the email. Once this company has your money they don’t care about anything else. Look elsewhere.
