Bought a battery for my motorcycle and it did not fit. Gave the guy all info for my bike and he assured me it was compatible. No refunds or exchanges so I did not bother wasting anymore of my time going back. Be careful going here. Looks like I wasn't the only person who also got a wrong battery from here.

- I wasn't the one that told the employee what battery and size. The employee asked for the make and model of the motorcycle and then assured me the battery was compatible. I asked more than 2 times if the battery was compatible and he said yes and I asked if there's any issue can I return it and he said no refunds or exchanges. You guys are scammers and you try to blame the customer for ordering the wrong battery when it was your employee who supposedly checked the make and model and assured that it was correct. Everyone needs to save themselves a headache and just go to auto zone or a competitor who stands behind their product and will offer a refund or exchange.

I visited your location on October 16th and had a positive experience with a young man who was very polite and helpful. I appreciated his assistance in checking my battery and recommending a compatible replacement for my Toyota Camry hybrid. He did mention that my battery had a sensor, but assured me it was an easy fix. However, due to liability concerns, he was unable to perform the installation himself.

Yesterday, I took the battery to my mechanic who informed me that it is not the correct one for my car. I mentioned the suggestion made by your employee to hot glue the sensor to the battery, but my mechanic strongly advised against it, as it would pose a liability risk. I trusted the gentleman's recommendation and purchased the battery based on his assurance that it was suitable for my vehicle.
Today, when I returned to your store because the battery is not compatible, I was informed that you do not provide refunds and there is nothing that can be done. I am quite disappointed with this response since it was your employee who sold me the battery that he claimed was the right one for my car. The mistake was made by your employee, and I believe I should be eligible for a refund, it has been two weeks. Horrible experience. I left the battery at the counter. Not only that someone responded to my review and who ever responded called me a liar. I have no complaints about the young man that was at the store he was very polite and respectful but who ever is in charge of the account online wow needs to work on customer service. If I wanted to lie it would sound better if I had added that customer service was bad :/ it was an honest mistake the battery the employee told me to buy was the wrong one I should be able to get a refund.
