Giving this CVS 5 stars because of Noel (Pharmacist). She was extremely kind and patient with me. I was being very indecisive and kept changing my mind, but she kept continuing to show me so much kindness and patience. I felt so bad for causing any inconvenience, but she didn’t make me feel like I did. She truly made my day with her positive attitude. I’m glad that she works in the healthcare field; we need more people like her! Thank you Noel!

Super helpful and kind tech and pharmacist!!! I’m visiting from DC to visit family here in HB and my daughter destroyed my birth control pill pack that I *just* filled. Working with my OB office, They were able to push my RX through with insurance so I don’t miss a day! So so grateful!!!!!

Wonderful customer service! I was shopping with my 89-year-old father, who can't walk easily. There were no shopping carts available, so one of the sales associates ran out to the parking lot and got one for him. We couldn't find his OTC medicine; another associate overheard us and quickly directed us to the correct aisle. Lastly, Dad was checking out and the associate was very friendly and patient with him. Thanks, CVS!

Very good customer service with the same staff for years which helps with shopping assistance. Good deals every week and care pass is worth the savings if you go monthly
