My get go shop before and after work. They got all I need.

Place looks a bit run down and a bit dirty. Renovations should be a future plan for this location.

I pass through here every once in a while to buy some paletas or energy drinks like today!

Customer service is ok. The interaction was very minimum, picked my things, paid up, and I was on my way.

Closed at 2am...

I wanted a cashback, got a 6 dollar chips and a 10 dollar cashback, thé person attending just took the 10 dollars out, and never gave them to me, I realized 2 minutes after getting out of the place, and went to claim them, she said that there was no cashback, now I have a 16 dollar transaction on my bank and only bought 6 dollar chips. Should get fired.

Bought couple items for a late lunch. After cutting into the apple noticed its rotten from inside. All the other apples in the basket were rotten as well. picked this because it looked fine never ever buying any fruits from here.

I'm here at 3 am and the doors are locked, there is no one here. Please change your listing to say when you close if you're not open 24 hours a day

Extended breaks this 7-Eleven has a sign on the door that says it’ll be back in 30 minutes but doesn’t say what time that is so I return to this 7-Eleven 35 minutes later and they still haven’t come to the door and unlocked it. She has seen me out here both times and is still ignoring me now it’s been 45 minutes and no service. This is crazy

I try to stop by between 4 and 5 am and always closed. Lights on door locked. Knock on the door, no response. As I leave someone finally walks thru and does not make eye contact and goes straight to the back

Still closed at 4:15. Sometimes they will unlock the door if you can get their attention, but today, they looked at me and pointed to the clock. No posted hours, and online shows that are open.

Very bad attitude from the new midnight hire, a guy, picking fights and accusing customers of bad attitudes for no reason. Solicitations and strange people hanging out in front of door. Also witness rage from a customer from a previous visit that's seems to about to get physical. Bad location. The previous midnight shift was much nicer. Will not visit this location again. Unacceptable experience.

So I went here early one morning over the weekend and I came with a manufacturer coupon for monster. Long story short bought a monster had a bad experience they sent me some coupons. I took the coupon to the gentleman at the counter and without even hesitation or even reading the coupon he said I had to get two monsters. I said no it isn't a BOGO it's to redeem for a monster for free because it's a manufacturer's coupon and I just have to pay for the tax and CRV. He then grab the coupon told me it expired last year when it clearly said June of 2020 and then he said that it wasn't scanning in his system even though I told him it was a manufacturer's coupon and of course it isn't going to scan this system because it's not for him to scan. He then said I couldn't buy the drink unless I bought another monster or I bought something else and I told him that's a load of bull because it's a manufacturer's coupon and if you actually read it it clearly states you get a free monster with this coupon. He said he didn't want to deal with it and gave me back the coupon and said I should just buy the monster I told him no ask for the owner and he said he won't be there till later. I then went to the gas station literally across the street who took my coupon no problem and actually read it. if I were you I would take your business elsewhere probably to the gas station across the street because these guys told me but they wouldn't accept the coupon or had to buy something else and then literally as I was leaving told another gentleman that he had to buy something else besides lottery tickets to pay with his card.

This location claims to be 24hrs but I have been here between 3-4am five times and they’ve been closed with a note on the door that says “will be back at 5am”
The location on Lake Forest down the street does the same thing.
