I often leave reviews of clothing and shoe stores later, after I have had experience and understand how quality the items were. Thank you very much for the ugg boots, they served me well, I wore them when I needed to quickly warm up my feet, they are very warm and comfortable

One of the better Nordstrom stores around. They don't have quite as large of a selection as some of the largest stores like South Coast, but are so much more comfortable to shop in. Staff is always been incredibly helpful and always appreciated. Never truly frenetic, even during anniversary sale or holiday season. Large parking garage nearby, although it can get filled. There's always been a space though. The attached Bazille restaurant is wonderful. Be sure to take advantage of their happy hour specials, they are such an incredible value and amazing.

I've been shopping at Nordstrom's for a while now, exchanges (sizing), returns, and quality fashion curators makes this brand an American icon.

A consortium of brands in one place makes finding the right "piece" (some clothing is art) within reach.

This is the pinnacle and flagship of all Nordstrom experiences and anyone in the area has to check it out. The store is packed with a cornucopia of of southern Orange county stereotypes. Even so it's a great store and a great experience and it's like walking into another dimension where everyone is happy clean and buying expensive clothes.

The girl that was working the baby section was super knowledgeable and helpful about Nuna and Uppababy products. (Saturday, Aug 10, 24 afternoon shift) she spent nearly an hour explaining everything to us!

Sharing this few specifically for John Boyle in the men’s department as well as the tailor who assisted us. I could go on and on about the service at Nordstrom and particularly at fashion Island and South Coast Plaza, but the decades of experience speak for themselves. John has been working for Nordstrom for a long time, and it shows. Thank you for making our wedding day by setting expectations so high and allowing for a one stop shop for everything that the groom needed including special ordering David Yurman cufflinks as gifts for the fathers. Words cannot express the care and thoughtfulness, we are happy to support Nordstrom. Five stars.

PRISTINE LOOKING STORE ! On Saturday my wife and I had a look around in here after dinner at Bazille downstairs. In particular I was surprised to see they sold Vuori men's clothing here considering there is a Vuori store very close by. ALWAYS GOOD !

Adriana was fantastic and helped me out with a very nice pspecial scent kit. The rude sales people at La Lebo wouldn't help me.... I think they profiled me on my casual Saturday afternoon attire.... Big mistake....

Nordstrom is the place to find good quality products. From women's clothing to men's clothing. They also have quality perfumes and colognes. Their makeup and lotions are also high quality. Variety of different options and styles. Great place to find anything for yourself or your loved ones.

Didn't fully intend to visit, but I was glad I did. I stopped in originally in hopes of a gift, but running out of luck with that I decided to browse around. I had been in search of specific shoes, but had learned what I was looking for was no longer a thing as the fashion trend has moved away from that specific style. Speaking with a very helpful and knowledgeable gentleman working the counter in the men's department, I actually learned a good deal about where the trend was going and moreso why. He was a great help, and although I didn't get what I had been looking for, I gained some knowledge and a new look at how I could turn some older outfits into and updated look. I was very pleased with how this gentleman carried himself and the knowledgeable that he presented. Very professional and polite.

Manager of Fulfillment and her employee Kelly helped me under duress for a family member through their efficient and amazing fulfillment expertise. I appreciate them so much!!

Visited beauty this weekend and was assisted by Rhapsody. Not only was she delightful and helped me check out some new makeup options, but she got me set up with a new skincare routine that’s working *so* well for me. I’ll definitely be back to visit!

The customer service representative named Cindy went above and beyond to assist me in finding my misplaced item that I had left behind in the dressing room. Despite not residing in the same area, she generously shipped the item to me without any additional charge. This level of service is truly exceptional, and I am extremely grateful to Cindy for her assistance.

Always a GREAT place to visit to relax and shop..

Nordstrom is the best place I have ever shopped at. And I shop a lot. Every store in every city in every state has the perfect combination of consistency and uniqueness that is impossible to find anywhere else. They have trained their staff well. Everyone is welcoming and not crabby, except for that one lady in south coast plaza Costa Mesa. Everyone is super helpful and kudos to Nordstrom for having the best customer service in the whole world. The best.
