Wow can't believe it's been so many years since I've been here. I wasn't even planning to stop by cuz I was literally on my way to walk to my car but I just had to stop in for 5 minutes at least. I had my dog with me so it had to be quick. Within those 5 minutes, I found the cutest long sleeve crop top and a cute simple sweater. I am so glad I stopped by and it was close to their closing time too. Such a cute store.

I hate to go shopping except when it comes to here. I love the clothes, accessories, staff is super friendly and helpful. I absolutely love the handbags/purses. I am a full figured woman too and I am able to fit into the clothing here. LOVE LOVE LOVE...!

Customer service is in fact not the best. Wasn’t greeted or talked to at all during my shopping. There was no one else in the store. Clothing is priced high for what it is. Clothes is cute but I don’t know if I’ll be back. Morning Lavender in Tustin is super cute and the workers are super friendly! I’m very disappointed.

I stop by here when dining on Birch. Friendly staff, hit or miss store, decent prices

The customer service this evening was awful! My daughter and I went in for a few outfits for her. First, we weren’t greeted when we came in. Assuming the worker was busy sorting through clothes. My daughter and I walked around the store. After grabbing several different items to try on, my daughter went up to the cashier and asked to try on the items. The cashier rolled her eyes as if my daughter was bothering her. Without saying a single word, she led my daughter to the dressing rooms. It was quite and uncomfortable experience. We ended up not purchasing anything due to the terrible customer service. If you’re looking for a local boutique that has excellent customer service - check out Stitch and Feather. We’ve never had any issues with them and the clothing and prices are similar.

Pretty poor customer service. No acknowledgment when entering the store. No offer to assist. No communication whatsoever, verbal, nonverbal, nada. Will definitely not be back. Too bad because they definitely carry stylish attire.

Holiday return policy is awful and sizing of clothing runs larger. Will never go back.
