I grabbed a hookah bear battery and get prerolls there constantly (they know us, lol) and they are always a joy to see and spark up conversation with. I switched here after frequenting the Arden hills location but this one is by far much cheaper. Sometimes the little convos are the best part of my day. Thanks for being so great to me and my fiance every time we stop in!

Absolutely love this place. The staff are friendly and converse with you well. Everyone is kind and polite here and a great owner too! I’ve only ever had one issue with they’re products. They helped me out right away and got me back on my way. All my other products I’ve bought have worked amazingly.

It is always a wonderful experience when visiting this shop. The employees are very caring, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly about the product/customer experience, and are always recommending and helping me choose the best product for my needs. This place is my favorite and the "go to" spot for all of my vaping/smoking needs.

Love this place. I'd been going to the same shop for like a decade until they closed recently. Went hunting for a new shop/juice and was SO happy that this place was the winner.

I must have went to 10 different shops and not only were they the best, but the closest to my house to boot.

Every employee there seems to know their stuff and are more than willing to take the time to help you find what you need.

Today I called ahead to make sure they had my juice (it's apparently VERY popular) and they did. By the time I'd gotten in, someone had cleaned them out. Turns out they were holding it for me and thought the other guy was me. They were very apologetic and even offered me a deep discount on a bottle in the meantime. Took down my number and will call me as soon as my stuff is in.

Couldn't even believe they were holding it for me, to be honest, so I was even more surprised that they were willing to work with me.

Customer service is everything. And this shop gets it right.

Very knowledgeable. It's was nice that they know about the products they are selling also its nice to hear their opinion on brands, flavors and products. They have a huge variety of accessories.
