Always super helpful staff! My husband and I stop in here frequently to get our dog food and we always pick up different treats and toys for our dogs as they have such a great selection. Really love this location.

Definitely recommend their self-service dog washing station. It’s so easy to use and the prices are very reasonable. (Amounts to about $5/bath if you get the packages). So easy to bring your dog in, wash them, and leave. Saves a huge mess in your house, and if your dog has fur and no need for the groomer, also saves money.

This was our first time at a Chuck & Don’s. An employee greeted us and ask if there was anything we were looking for as we were looking at the dog toys. We explained we recently adopted a Beagle puppy and he was knowledgeable about the breed’s tendencies and gave us some good recommendations. The store was very clean, well organized, and pleasingly set up. I hadn’t known about the self-wash grooming stations before, but I think we will consider them in the future. It was a very pleasant experience and we’ll be back.

We regularly visit the Chuck & Don's Plymouth location for our pet supplies and food. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and have great suggestions for products at good value. We also take advantage of the bathing room for dog baths.

The staff are super helpful and super wonderful and actually care about your pet!
I go for cat products.
They have a wide variety of foods and litters. When one product, I had only tried a few times, was discontinued, they sent me a coupon for 6 FREE cans of food or a bag of cat food!
They always have some local adoption going on and help get donations to shelters and adoption centers in need.

Came in today and talked to Kelly. She was amazing and helped me out so much. Whenever I need advice on an issue with my dog, I go to Chuck and dons first. I had never been to this location but the standard seems to be the same across the board. I just had left the vet and needed some probiotics for my Lola and she was able to help me with much more. Great staff and knowledgeable and friendly.

$60 for 6 months all you can wash your puppy!

Great deal and you can’t beat the service. A gentleman that helped us out, I didn’t get his name, gave us some pointers and was all around a nice guy!

Awesome place, awesome employees. I've came in when my friends jack Russel was in his final days and in a lot of pain, found CBD treats that took away his tremors, the employee (I wish I remembered her name) so knowledgeable and helpful; same with the employee when I came in tonight! I came in worrying about my new kitten, gave sound advice about a new food to try with him. U guys are great, thank you ❤

They are very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They have a great selection of healthy, quality food and treats. They were great at helping me pick out the right foods to support my dog's changing health needs.

Chuck & Don's has a nice selection of natural dog food, treats, and toys. I like the location and it's nice that they have dedicated parking. There is a rewards program that also has coupons. They offer carry outs so you don't have to lug giant bags around. Very impressed!

They can be expensive. Located in a nice mini mall (Lunds/Byerlys is the anchor store). Staff is friendly, helpful and they always greet you with a big smile. You can bring your dog in if they behave and are leashed. If you sign up for their quarterly flier, you get a $3.00 coupon good towards anything in the store (it may be more for some people) and you get all kinds of other discounts. They also offer services like mail trims for dogs. I only buy dog related stuff. They have a good selection of pet accessories, and some of them are funny (shoes/boots for your dog for example). Staff is helpful and know their stuff. I always leave happy and smiling.
