If you don't want to get yelled at for parking in his two spots, then don't park in the two spots with the signs clearly labeled "parking for tobacco store only" if you aren't going to that store. Kinda straightforward there bud. The guy is straight and to the point. Nothing wrong with that. I like the place.

I occasionally stop into this store if im nearby, always clean, has a very nice selection of cigars and sells a little bit of everything. Owner is nice after you get to know him

The owner is very rude and watches the two spots reserved for his shop like a hawk. He has no qualms about confronting you about parking in one of his two spots, even if you are running into one of the other shops for a moment because all the other parking spots are taken, except his two spots. He's a hypocrite! He doesn't want anyone, but his customers to use his spots, but he doesn't mind parking his van in a high traffic spot all day long.

I shouldn't ever give this place one star, the so called owner is so rube. I went in the store to get tobacco and he yelled at my kids to get out of the store because the FDA says kids can't be in the store that's fine but talking to my kids like that is on called for. I didn't and will never spend even a penny at this store. Very RUDE, I would not recommend this place.
