Sam helped me out very professionally, I needed help with my Aegis vape mod, and he assisted me the best. I went to 3 different vape stores and and this is the one that didn’t try to sell me another vape, or the disposable ones. He worked my issue and troubleshooted, even said he’s order the part for me, but instead got it working. I’ll be coming here just for this professional experience. Thanks again!!!

Always a pleasurable experience when I come to the shop. I come in looking for specific items, and I always leave out with two or three more things that I end up loving! I absolutely love the customer service and I can’t say I have found a lower price on any item I have ever purchased anywhere else. Please stop wasting your time, going to other stores and come straight to here! When you go to the store, say hi to Jazmin, she is so awesome!

Thank you so much for your honesty! We came in for a vape and got home and realized it was a magnetic top and no external battery's. We brought it back as we definitely didn't want to purchase what we did but they Stood Behind their products and graceciously allowed us to do the switch in which No Other Vape Store would ever go over and beyond the call of duty and stand behind their products. This is my go to spot. And the staff is amazing. Jaz is a complete sweetheart and always helps me pick the perfect flavor vape to try when I’m looking for something different. Ron is also amazing and so kind. Now as for Sam, this man has a heart of gold and knows how to run a business. He cares about all of his customers and his staff. One time I came in crying after a bad day at work and he made sure I was okay to drive home. If you’re looking for a new favorite smoke shop, this is the spot. I had a vape flavor I was obsessed with at one point and Sam made sure he had a stockpile of them for when I stopped by. Thank you guys for always making my day and keeping all the products I love in stock.

I work nearby and visit often. Ron is always super helpful and friendly. I walk past two other smoke shops to visit this one because their prices are better than most.
