My father purchased a Pride lift chair at this store in August 2021. Lara helped us order just the right chair for his specific needs. She was very friendly & professional…. I would highly recommend her.
In December the control board went out on our chair… we contacted Lara for assistance in getting the chair repaired by Pride. Due to his medical situation, my father relies on the use of this chair. Pride was not very responsive but Lara came to the rescue! Lara went above & beyond the call of duty in dealing with Pride and assisting my dad in his time of need.

Relieve Medical Supply is amazing. Great selection of cpap gear, and help with a medical issue post-car accident. Highly recommended.

Great customer service

They have all the same stuff as any other medical supply place. Crutches rollators Walkers adult diapers shower appliances etc etc what they don't have, is good customer service. I don't think they like dealing with the public. I think they would prefer to ship things or have things delivered it to hospitals or homes. I don't think that they actually like it when customers come in personally. That said they do have a lot of cool stuff.

I would give this place zero stars if possible. My insurance company recommended this location as the closer in-network provider.
When I arrived the staff told me immediately that they didn't take my insurance and I would have to pay cash. I told the employee that they were recommended by my insurance company. The employee then snatched my insurance card from me and called a different insurance company (not the insurance company i go through) giving them the group and identification numbers from the company that i do go through. The employee told me that my insurance wasn't real and pressed the issue of me paying cash. The employee also told me I could deal with my insurance and have my medical insurance company reimburse me. When I told the employee that I know this isn't how my insurance company works I was told that they "know a little bit more about insurance" than I do.
I asked for my prescription back so that I could go elsewhere at which point the employee refused and told me to stop wasting her time. I was finally given back my prescription after my 3rd request. I went to a different medical supply company and had no issue using my insurance to get my equipment.
I will not go back to this company period. I've never been to a company that felt as scam like as this location did. They came across as dishonest and rude.

My husband was in need of a power scooter/wheelchair option, and this company was on my health insurer's DME in-network provider list. I am a fairly sophisticated consumer, particularly with insurance as I work in the insurance industry, and I had already contacted my health insurer to know exactly what they needed to approve the scooter. However, when I contacted Relieve Medical for assistance in obtaining that information and availability, the representative treated me like I was entirely ignorant, refused to assist me in obtaining or providing a CPT/procedure/equipment code necessary for insurance approval, and stated that she had nothing to offer me, and I would need to go elsewhere, even though I had previously physically gone to their location and knew that they carried exactly the option that I was seeking. I never leave negative reviews for any company, which indicates exactly how strongly I feel about my experience with this provider. As a DME supplier, they should be substantially sensitive to the already difficult circumstances that have brought the customer to them in the first place, rather than treat them rudely as I was.

We called relieve medical on 7-3-2018 in the afternoon to ask about how to get pull ups delivered for our daughter who is on Medical Assistance. The person on the phone was not helpful at all. We inquired how the process works and what brands they carried. We we're instructed to to get a prescription from the Dr and bring it in so we could then see what brands they carried. The customer service person then said she had to let us go to help another customer. We then decided to call Pediatric Home Services out of Roseville. They were very helpful. They are contacting our Daughters Dr directly to obtain the necessary paperwork and mailing out free samples of the pull-up brands they offer. Pediatric Home Services just gained a long time customer while Relieve lost a potential long term customer because of poor, short and rude customer service.

Unfortunately I am giving a one star rating only because a zero star rating was not an option. I have called this location on a couple of occasions regarding two medical devices i needed, in which I was offered very little assistance and treated as if my business was not wanted. Phone representative was trying to toggle between me and another caller and then told me that I must have called twice and would need to disconnect one of my lines. I in fact had only called once and then had to call back since I was hung up on. It did not take very long for me to determine they had some of the poorest customer service and lack of medical supply knowledge. I previously called two other medical supply businesses and was very happy with their service and knowledge. So when comparing pricing of multiple vendor's, you are just better off not calling here at all since there are so many other options.

Agree totally with other reviews saying the employees here are rude. We came looking for a wheelchair and the employee very rudely explained multiple times that she’s not sure insurance would pay for it. We told her multiple times we understand, but she kept explaining and basically threatening us that if insurance doesn’t pay we will have to pay. Lady we get it. She just kept going until we decided to leave.

I will never purchase from these guys again I call to tell them I needed a 9 inch ramp and they said they had one my husband went and got it and it was only 3 inch high 500$ and they won't let us return it. I wish I knew how to get ahold of there head quarters number or customer support

Horrible customer service! I knew my insurance would cover a piece of equipment and the lady very rudely told me to call my insurance company and have them tell me where to go. Trying to go inside with a wheelchair was a joke. Take my word, spend your money with someone who cares about another human being.

I’ll never walk into this store or ever do business with them. They are Rude. I will do business else ware in the future. Your lucky to get 1 star.

Horrible customer service, acted like I was an inconvenience both times I needed to order something. I now drive to a different chain store in Osseo, MN.
