Wine Cheese ETC

We have now ordered 4 different charcuterie platters from here over the last 6 months or so and every time they have been phenomenal. We have brought them to Christmas parties and even brought some on the Duffy boat for lunchtime snacks. We have gotten something a little different each time and we are always pleasantly surprised. The service is always great. Steve is knowledgeable and friendly. The large platter can stretch pretty far. We switched to a smaller platter this last order and still had plenty left over. Decided to check this place out since I needed to bring something for a potluck. Placed a charcuterie board order with Steve. My box had a great selection of gourmet items. It had a trio of different salami samplers. It had dried nectarines, dried cranberries, fresh blueberries, and fresh grapes for fruit options. There were also 3 types of cheeses. Loved that one was sheep's milk. I also loved that there were also olive, cornichons, marcona almonds, and other types of nuts. It also came with 3 different types of crackers with a mini cup of honey. Honestly, it was very well thought out. I truly loved the variety in the box. My friends loved it. Steve exemplified great customer service. There were also other items in store. It was pretty spacious. There isn't anywhere for seating, so it's more of a grab-and-go type vibe. Huge selection of wine, picnic necessities, and so much more!

This place is fantastic! Lovely merchandise and a lovely owner. A one stop shop for wine, cheese, and all sorts of fun knick knacks. Always worth the trip just to get the oat milk ice cream cones.

The best grab and go sandwiches for a park day! I love the cherry tomato pesto caprese and have gone back multiple times in the span of a week to get one. The truffle chips are delish too!

I picked up some “Old Speckled Hen” English Pale Ale and some Cabrales Blue Cheese . Both amazing. Cool spot, go there and enjoy .

Great selection of wines at an affordable price point. Steve also gives fantastic recommendations. The selection rotates which keeps things fresh and they're always delicious.

Solid selection of cheese as well (hence the name) and other goodies and gifts. Seriously, if you like wine stop by, and if you don't like wine, stop by and Steve will find you something you'll love.

I stumbled upon this place and I am very happy I did. Great selection of wines, cheeses and charcuterie-esque items. The gentleman there was kind, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about about the shop. I am definitely going back.

If you're looking for a birthday gift or just to shop locally, this is the place for that, and so much more.

The best wine shop ever!! Delicious and reasonably priced wines and cheeses, such cute merchandise and Steven provides stellar recommendations. We literally always end up buying way more than we intended bc there is always so much good stuff!

Wow--what an amazing shop. Small vineyard wines, craft beer, delicious snacks, unique gifts and beautiful artwork at surprisingly good prices. This shop literally has everything you need for a celebration. So happy I stepped in, this is my new go-to.

I ordered a small charcuterie box for a party. It was just perfect! A wonderful assortment of meats, cheeses, fruit, nuts, beautifully boxed. The owner also recommended a prosecco, which everyone loved. The shop is a wonderful addition to the neighborhood, and highly recommended.

Found this place by searching for "charcuterie boards" and ordered a cheese box for 8. Absolutely fantastic selection of cheeses, meats, fresh and dried fruit, crackers and other nibbles. A big hit at the meeting. The proprietor is friendly and personable, and introduced me to a pinot noir from Germany (who knew? "spätburgunder") that was excellent. Small shop, but lots to explore! Highly recommend.

I'd give Steve and his glorious shop ten stars if I could. Incredible, rotating wines from boutique suppliers all over the world with top tier products. Organic wines, natural wines, funky wines, incredibly unique wines... you name it, he's got it. Get on his regular wine events! They're worth every penny and then some!

I'm so grateful Wine Cheese ETC is in the neighborhood! The shop is always stocked with a diverse, well-curated selection of wines at a variety of price points — natural / biodynamic for natty heads, plenty of bubbles, etc. Steve was the true MVP of our Thanksgiving: he offered such thoughtful recommendations and pointed us in the direction to some new favorites (thanks, Steve!). Looking forward to having Wine Cheese ETC as a Long Beach staple for years to come!

I am a huge fan of this place! Not only is Steve the owner personable and friendly, he is super helpful when it comes to what wine to choose. I have gone in to pick a wine to pair with steak for the evening and also been in to buy a bottle as a birthday gift. In both instances Steve was happy to help and provided several options! The perfect thing for Friday afternoons at our Long Beach office!  Every Friday we try to bring in a little something for our hardworking staff to enjoy as we celebrate the week's accomplishments and ease into our weekends by enjoying one another's company for a couple hours.  While we use to get by by picking up a standard platter of this or that at a local grocery store, that was starting to get old.  Thankfully we noticed this place had just opened and decided to give it a try.  Our staff has really enjoyed both the quality and variety of the spreads they've provided for us, which have been anything but boring!  This place should also be a godsend to anyone who is entertaining guests or looking for something to bring to a house party.  The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and will help you find a pairing that will delight your senses, based on your particular budget and preferences.

Love having this specialty shop close to home. I ordered a charcuterie box for 4 and it was delicious! I will be coming back this week to pick out some cheese and a few gifts.
