Ordered a custom built laptop from them a couple years back, performance on it has been amazing. Stepped on it, thought it was ruined. Support/repair departments took care of me and fixed everything that was wrong. Highly recommend this company, thank you!

I bought a $9,000 computer from this place, but it had the wrong CPU and then stopped working. I sent it back, they fixed it, but now it's broken again. I wouldn't recommend shopping here at all. I've lost $9,000 and learned my lesson not to buy from the

I ordered a custom PC June 24th for my son and it arrived July 5th! Customer service answered all questions I had for them during the building process in a timely manner. Haven't done much with the PC yet but it started right up and so far everything seems to be running smooth! Beautiful and very appealing PC for sure!!

I bought 2 gaming laptops from XoticPC and it was an excellent experience. The price was the best in the market and you can customizate almost everything. I was outside USA when i had to buy them, so i did some chats with them asking a few things about payment, shipment and some technicals doubts, and they were very friendly and resolutive. Both laptops came at the estimated date and the customization was like i ordered. Also the technical service was great, when i had an issue with a sound software we did a remote connection with their technician and they solved the problem. So i really recommend them.

I have ordered, received and enjoyed 2 laptops from the fine folks at XoticPC. I bought an MSI GT72VR for myself and a Sager NP8171 for my dad's girlfriend. Both orders went smoothly and every time I contacted customer support they were very friendly. Travis B. and Jake M. are awesome! I highly recommend getting their premium white glove packaging. Keeps everything safe and it's kinda cool how it forms around everything :) Highly recommend this company! They will go the extra mile for you and then some!

I bought a custom laptop from XoticPC. They were very clear and patient with helping me choose compatible parts, and explained things thoroughly. They were also extremely helpful with customer support and I could not be more satisfied. I trust them both as a seller and for troubleshooting and repairs.

I really recommend XOTIC PC. We did buy my Acer Predator here on XOTIC PC last 5 months. Until now i didnt had a problem with it so far. Because they will make sure its working properly. The thing is just be patience if you want your PC to be good as it is. Thanks for the Laptop XOTIC PC Team.

This website is so interesting and organized! I love the fact XOTIC PC offers so many different options to pay. They have an excellent selection and they also customize with skins and laser engraving and so much more! Don’t pass this by without at least checking it out! It’s worth the look and I seriously doubt you will search anymore!

Ended up doing a large amount of searching for a new gaming systems and comparing prices. Along with needing to add additional memory and other configuration changes.
Using Xotic PC allowed me to get a great gaming laptop at a discount and add the additional memory and storage required.

First off, the computer that I bought was an amazing system in general. I have nothing bad to say about the quality of the systems that Xotic PC provides. That's not what this review is about. I wrote a horrible one star review - and I was so wrong that I felt it necessary to edit the review and update it. Read on for the details.

I bought a laptop for audio engineering, but sadly it had hardware interface issues causing intermittent clicks and pops during audio playback. After two months of troubleshooting I was at wits end. I reached out to Xotic PC for support, and there wasn't much they could do by way of a return because I was beyond the 30 day window. So my take away from the interaction was I should've just returned the system day one. I decided to write a scathing review because I felt like customer service wasn't something they really cared about after I purchased a $4000 computer.

I was pleasantly surprised when a member of their management called me an hour after my review posted and asked if they could help find a resolution for me. After explaining my case I was told it would be at least 48 hours for final approval, but it was just over an hour later that I got a call back saying they would take in the system and give me store credit for a replacement.

This is a computer that I desperately need to increase my productivity, so store credit is just fine with me. At the end of the day, they are making it right and that matters more than anything. I don't need money back. I need a system that works for my needs - and they are making it happen.

I've replaced my original review with this one because at first I thought nothing was going to be done. But they did the right thing, and for that - they get five stars, and my continued business. I would recommend anybody to Xotic PC for their custom computer building needs. They are truly interested in making sure you get into a system that works.

Both my sons bought laptops from Xotic PC. They use them for gaming and YouTube video production. The machines are good quality (1 Sager and 1 MSI), and the few issues they had with updated drivers were quickly resolved by support. I'm looking to buy an MSI from them now.

I can't speak to those who ordered a custom computer, but I ordered a laptop with retail/stock spec, international. I am used to being made to wait weeks to months if I order from anywhere that isn't Amazon, but Xotic PC was really on the ball. I ordered in April, and they gave me an ETA of June -- given how hard it is to find PC parts generally right now, I wasn't surprised.

What did surprise me is that one week later, I got a shipping notification, and 3 business days after that I received my laptop. The laptop that is out of stock everywhere. How did they get it? Why am I so lucky?

I don't know, but excellent service and I'd definitely recommend them even if ordering across national borders!

Ordered a Sager laptop from them almost 4 years ago and it's still going strong.

Communication with the representative assigned to my order was consistent and thorough throughout the process and he answered all of my questions promptly.

Other than Sager not having my item in stock to ship (not Xotics fault in any way), the entire experience was great. I was contacted to inform me of the delay, when it was expected and was contacted again once they'd received, and once they'd shipped my order. Shipping was fast, and the build/upgrades were super solid. Worth every penny. I'm thinking of upgrading the desktop I built a few years back, and will DEFINITELY be going back to them for that purchase as well.

Ordered a custom-built Sager laptop, did my research beforehand, and the XOTIC PC Sales team was VERY helpful in confirming some of the technical interactions between some of the different hardware, as I pestered them a number of times when ordering.

Overall, I was very impressed with their knowledge and willingness to help!

The laptop is still working fantastically after a bit more than a year of heavy use for gaming and other purposes, and the laptop and parts were exactly as I expected from my research, and have performed flawlessly since day 1 when I received them.

It's refreshing being able to get a powerful laptop with zero bloatware custom-built without having to do it myself, with the ability to upgrade hardware on my own, or with XOTIC PC assistance, in a market that is overflowing with largely disposable laptops that have no ability to be modified or upgraded to grow with technological progress.

A good company, that sells awesome computers at a truly honest price. The customer service is always exemplary and they always go above and beyond. They are very cautious with personal information and go through a very thorough credential verification process before charging you. The stress testing before shipping is also an awesome part of their wonderful service that very few companies offer, though it should be mandatory. Your chances of getting a DOA device or a failure within the first few months are really low thanks to that.

Processed and sent the laptop I ordered promptly. The many customization options are nice, and the customization interface is straightforward and clear, with a number of cool way to personalize a device. I was very pleased with the free game offers bundled with purchases.

I believe that the customer service deserves special mention. I did not receive the previously mentioned free game offers with my purchase, even though I had put all the necessary information in with the order. It took only a couple of minutes with their online chat support and everything was taken care of. The entire experience was extremely pleasant.

Just made my order and so far the company to customer experience has been extremely helpful. They have answered all my questions so far about my laptop I ordered and the morning of the next day I made my order they let me know that the graphic wrap I sent to them to use would not be the best image to use and suggested submitting a new one or to just use one from their library which is great because now I don't have to worry about a distorted image being used. This is just a review of my experience with the ordering process so far.

They did a great job building my custom Sager laptop. The prices seemed reasonable as well. Absolutely no complaints. They were also very good about keeping in contact with me when I had questions or needed a replacement part (lost one of the little rubber feet from the bottom of the laptop).
