Terrible Herbst Convenience Store

Clean store. Well stocked. Nice stuff. Lots of parking. Good location.

Great place too grab and go. Friendly staff very clean and PROUD TO SEE THAT BIG AMERICAN RED WHITE AND BLUE FLY THANK YOU

I went at 3:30am to get ice and smokes before my fishing trip. I walk into the store and the clerk doesn’t say anything to me he is on his phone texting. Then I come to the register and I get cigs and he asks for my ID and he scans it and can’t get it to work and in the other hand he has his phone and can’t let go of his phone and I told him that you have to cover the top bar code and he’s like I got it alright with a attitude so I snatch the id from his hand and walked out and he cussed at me and was very rude. He needs to be fired. This store pays him to text all night. Waste of money. Someone needs to do something about this. I took a picture of this clown 🤡 look at the picture he is back on his phone texting smh

Terrible experience. 9 people in-line, the one clerk on duty leaves the counter to cook his breakfast in microwave and then spends another 2 min looking for a plastic fork. I speak up and say hey we’re waiting 5-10min, clerk tells me he just got to work and hungry-like it’s our fault for him being late. Clerk then tells me if I didn’t like to leave. So needless to say but me and my fleet of work vans will not be back.

The gas station is fine, but one of the ladies that works here is NOT nice. I came in during my lunch break to get gas and a drink. The lady saw my work badge and mask (educator) and began to berate me about kids who come in there to steal and do graffiti outside. The last time I checked, the store employees are not responsible for the sky high gas prices with Terribles being one of the worst offenders just like I cannot dictate or control what students do outside of the classroom. I do not have any children, so save your lectures for someone who needs to hear it.

This store is not very well stocked. They don't ever have receipt paper at the pumps. I mean it's irritating to have to go in to the store just for a receipt. Especially when I need the receipt for tax purposes. I definitely will not be coming back to this store again.

I am livid at the moment still standing in front of the store where I was just told by the female cashier which I did not get her name, that they do not have a restroom available when I asked if I could use the restroom which they have to a men's and a women's room so apparently they are both out of service which I highly doubt that then she proceeded to tell me to go to Denny's to use the restroom I am a paying customer at this Terrible's, not Denny's. And the worst part is she tells me this after looking at me up and down from head to toe. I will never bring my business to this Terrible's again and will tell everyone I know to stay away due to poor customer service

If it would let me post zero stars I would. Been sitting here 3.5 hrs waiting for a payout. It is now almost 4 in the morning and gotta work . This is bull and the cashier just say this is the way it is. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever witnessed.
