KARM Stores

I love KARM stores and everything they stand for. The employees are always very nice and helpful. I especially like how they let you know how much of an impact your purchase made in the local community (your purchase provided X number of meals).

Overall I like this KARM. Lots of items. The people who flip items have caused prices to go up on some merchandise. Luggage was high as were some decor items. Did score some nice pants that were petites, which are hard to find.

I was a bit sceptical after reading the reviews on the pricing, but I actually really enjoyed the store! It was very well organized and the clothes looked new on the racks. I found many brand new with tags boutique tops for around $10 each which is an amazing deal! The mission of the store is stunning and I would rather donate/shop here than other chain thrift stores.

The KARM store I go to is well-organized, has excellent quality and variety of items, and the staff are very friendly and polite. The quality of the furniture is really good and the prices are reasonable. I go there frequently for used furniture. You don't have to sort through a lot of junky stuff. I've found some real bargains there.

The people in the Oak Ridge KARM store are very pleasant, the store is clean, and I really like the lady in the donation center. She has a wonderful attitude that is refreshing. Since Goodwill and Salvation Army left I feel that my donations go to a good cause. Thank you for your service!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. It's fun to find interesting unique items as well as stuff you might need. The merchandise is always displayed well, lots to choose from. And, clean!!

Great Karm store. Good selection. Prices are lower than the Kingston Pike stores. Highly recommended

I got some nice tops (one was brand new)nightgown and 2 bath towels that were like new. Now they have 15% off on Tuesday for over 55 or military. Great organization.

When you buy things here it goes toward helping those at the homeless shelter they have in knoxville. Staff really friendly, clothes at a good price, lots of other furniture and resale items. Excellent place to get second hand stuff.

Pretty good place. The staff were very kind and we found exactly what we were looking for. They didn't even get angry when another customer broke something. Very patient staff and very clean store.

Everyone was nice and offered to help in any way. We brought in some very nice picture frames for the store and purchased a top for one of the ladies of our church who was in rehab after having fallen and broken a hip.

I enjoy looking for antiques & other collectable items. KARM stores are interesting because often you can find interesting items that once were obviously owned by wealthy individuals.

We went there to get a coat for my friend.He found one he likes and used his coupon to get it free. They are expensive on their clothes and furniture, but it goes to a good cause.

I love Karms in Oak Ridge. Staff is always pleasant and friendly. You never know what bargains you will find.
