I love, love, love doing business with FF. 😂 They offer great discounts awesome bargains and quality products. I usually order online and when possible pickup at the store. The process easy and efficient truly painless. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. No lines, extended waiting, your product is under the counter, they clear out the order in the system give you the receipt then out the door. Did I say I love, love, love shopping at FF!!!?

My family and I have been buying shoes from famous footwear since they open. The great thing about the store is if your size is not available in store they will order your shoes and have it delivered to your home. Great right. Best of all is the buy one get the second pair half off. Forgot to mention the rewards card major insentive, your saving will blow you away at check out. Drop buy and make your own decision .

I had ordered shoes online for some of my family. Unfortunately, I bought a few of the wrong size. So I chose to return them through1 the store.

Very Professional. Skilled in knowing everything about shoes which makes it very enjoyable. I tried to put the 10 boxes of shoes but and they said just leave and something will take care of it. That's when the call to another associate and they put shoes back and l walk up with just one pair.

Very clean excellent customer service right now is buy one get one half off had a great deal was able to leave the store with two pairs of shoes under 60 bucks

They don't have any shoes in the back but they do deliver your size to you for free.
