Anna helped my husband and I upgrade our phones. Usually it takes forever but that gal knows her stuff and was very helpful and kind. We don't know much about technology but she took her time and walked us thru everything. She is a true star at that store.

We came in today to get a phone and Ricardo and Elizabeth were so amazing I can’t begin to tell you how hard they worked for us!!!! We will be back again thank you for everything you guys did!!!

They were great to deal with and they solved my problem for free. They also didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need like Verizon always did. While I was there, I spoke to other customers who who also claimed that they were also paying Cricket less than half what Verizon had been charging them. All in all, I enjoyed my business with Cricket yesterday immensely, as I solved my phone problem, it didn't cost me a penny, and I also got to speak to other satisfied customers. I had a really good time and solved a phone problem for free as well. And on a humorous note, when I checked my email, I had an email from Verizon asking me to come back. (not going to happen!) The technicians at Cricket were also great to work with!

I need a phone service that will work up north and here in Caldwell.
AT@T is the only one that has towers where I'm going. I also love the phone I have. ZTE., so I went in the store and Gloria was able to give me everything I wanted. Great store, great sales lady.

These gals were great! They were able to fix my phone with no problem. I had been into another store previously and they were no help at all. I was in and out of the store in about 20 minutes. Thanks ladies!

I have been with cricket for over 30 years absolutely love their customer service I wouldn't go anywhere else their coverage is just as good as Verizon or anybody else I recommend switching over to them great prices as well.
