7-Eleven

I'm very much a regular of this 7-Eleven as it's close to my home. Just this evening I went in there, attempted to talk to the guy working there, (gentleman with short Gray beard, black baseball cap) and he couldn't have exuded more disregard for my trying to talk to him if he had earmuffs and horse-blinders on! I said something to him about it in remarks that I was a regular customer here. (I'm always polite and humble in demeanor. -or try to be.) He said: "Well, don't be." Rather than avoid this most convenient establishment for me. I intend to call this guy to task verbally as many times as necessary perhaps in front of others until he straightens up his act. He also told me: "This isn't the Ritz." I think some people aren't cut out for customer service, yet they choose employment where they're saturated by interactions with the public, and we all suffer for it. Update: the owner called me and made it right!

Always has the cheapest gas, always clean, always has squeegees, fluid and towels. The food isn't as good as the competition bit it's a better gas station.

1. Grate Coffee and food selection. Definitely the cleanest store in Stafford.
2. Love this store. Owner is very involved and truly cares about a great customer experience.
3. I have been going to this store for over 2 years now since we moved to Stafford. This is by far my favorite 7-Eleven. James always great you with a smile in the morning. Coffee is always fresh. All staff are friendly and provide great service.

Love the crew here! My regular stop in the morning. Hope to see the coffee nitro coming here soon.

my favorite 7/11 ever

The few times I've stopped in, I've had a good experience. This particular location seems more spacious inside than most and offers a good variety of snacks.

Seven Eleven is always an odd place. Particularly this one. Pretty sketch when the sun goes down..
Employees are pretty nice though. I only go here as a LAST RESORT, or if I want a BIG GULP and make small conversation with strangers.

Nice 7/11 in a good area but there are certain staff members that you have to watch for while shopping. They will pretend to be fixing things on the shelves and they aren’t. They are trying to see if you are going to take something. This isn’t the first time I have seen something like this happen at this location. Just beware everyone. #NotEveryoneSteals

Passing through the area, I was only here for one short visit. That being said my impression of this store is that it is typical of others without anything noticeably positive about it.

Outside, 8 fuel pumps are available for use. Inside, the store was a little disorganized whereas the restroom was noticeably dirty.

At 1:45 pm on February 8, 2024, I walked into the store directly to the counter to buy cigarettes. The lady working the register would not look up from her phone to acknowledge me for approximately 1 and a half minutes while she finished her telephone conversation. During this time, I exchanged glances with the gentleman behind me where we both shrugged in disbelief. Her unprofessional behavior is not indicative of the service that I have come to appreciate at this location. This one star review is solely for this experience.

Very confrontational! Around 5:15 pm... I picked up 3 toquitos only to learn that they were cold. I came back in to let her know that wanted to use microwave. She told me that I was the couprit that grabbed them from back of grill. I explained that I grabbed what I could find on the grill...that she does not have a sign to tell me otherwise. She told me that I should use common sense. Yes, I was irritated. Then, a male employee, was sweeping, counseled me on accepting that I was wrong and move on ... that is what they do in the military. That she got me! He handled himself well, as he tried to difuse the situation. Regardless...if I was right or wrong ...I did not deserve this treatment. I could have let it go but...why...put up a sign! I hate to think I am going to get chewed out for something ekse at my next visit. By the way I am 62 yr veteran. Thanks

Horrible experience at this 7-11 as well as the corporate offices. they would not reimburse me $3 for the air pump that malfunctioned. I was told it was up to me to find out who the air pump company was and to contact them myself. I have used air at numerous 7-11 over the years and hav-11.e never been told this when the machines malfunctioned (as they often do). I was reimbursed by the store. Yes, I understand 7-11 doesn't own the air pumps and yes, this 7-11 told me what I was told was policy. I was also told by another 7-11 employee that they were just told in an employee training conference that they were to reimburse the customer, no questions asked. This employee told me to complain to the corporate office about the 910 Garrisonville Road 7-11. I complained 2x and my request for reimbursement was denied. I wasn't even notified the first time. I had to get back to them. What a terrible way to treat a customer especially over $3. The only reason we use this store at all is because it is the only one near a job at this time. Otherwise, I will never use it and will encourage others not to too. Despicable. I'd give zero stars but have to leave at least one in order to post.

I came in to pay in cash to get gas today not much just 13 I'm a single mom of 2 not working cause of covid so what money I do have is very limited the cashier then only gave me 12 in gas then argued with me about the amount I gave him even though I counted it several times. So either he pocketed my dollar or he is stupid. Will not be going there again!

The new guy working there is super rude to everyone. If you don’t want to lose business then you really should fire him.

My grandma called this place and she's Chinese and the guy didn't even bother to get a translator after he picked up so rudely so he hung up on her! BAD SERVICE only go to this place if you want to be disrespected! -.-
