Julie, Brenda and the other staff were amazing! I had to ship 15 boxes across the country because I am moving. They re-packaged a few boxes that were in bad shape, and also boxed up loose items as well. It took a long time and they were patient and kind. This is my second time moving this way. And they made the experience better. Thanks so much!

I had the privilege of being helped by a young man named Alex. He was courteous, friendly, polite and helpful. He answered all my questions and was prompt and professional. He was funny and delightful. Thanks UPS for hiring a great employee!

This is the best, most helpful UPS STORE I've utilized. I arrived at 6:13 pm after finding the UPS store on Milwaukee and Fairview closed. I had 2 packages going to friends and 6 Amazon returns. My phone was at 1%. She plugged my phone in so we could get to the Amazon return codes. The clerk quickly got this all done and out the door. I am a disabled senior. I appreciated the parking is right in front of the store, the curb to step up the the sidewalk is not high and there is a handicap ramp, plus the double doors automatically open. I will be using this friendly Boise UPS STORE on Fairview West of Five Mile, across the street from California Mexican Food.

This is my go to ups store as it's right next to my home. Here lately I'm almost a daily customer. I appreciate all the service members hard work and going the extra mile for me. My only complaint is on March 16th I took packages to the store to have the labels printed and ready for pickup by USPS. Unfortunately the lady working at that time n day refused to give me a receipt and low and behold if one of the packages I dropped off isn't missing. It states on usps website that they have yet to receive the package. I'm really upset as she's the only one who's refused giving me a receipt. I spoke with another lady who works there the most that I've seen and she was equally surprised that I was refused a receipt. It's common sense if you leave something valuable in a company's possession that you receive some kind of receipt.

I'll be speaking with the main lady today and hopefully there's record in the computer of this transaction if not guess I'm outta luck and $$.

Otherwise this location is awesome and I'm very happy with the customer service received.

I have only had great experiences with staff and owners. The most recent owner is tremendous. The service for my mail, receiving packages, and sending packages, has been outstanding, and other services have kept on improving, like copies, etc. Most people do not realize that the UPS store uses the USPS (US Postal Service) for most of their shipping, so if there is one drawback, it is that I probably would like that to have been more readily apparent as I was doing business. It's very difficult to track packages on UPS when you think they are being shipped that way, rather than looking on USPS site for tracking.

I have been here twice (6/11 & 6/14) for amazon returns and I believe her name is kalli..I couldn't see her full name tag. Aside from that she was SO nice and personable and I really appreciated her kindness and helpfulness I just want her to know that. Thank you!

The two ladies that currently work in this store are always so friendly. I couldn't be happier with the service I have received! The store is always clean and organized and I rarely have any wait at all when shipping my packages. The ladies always address me by name. Thanks for the wonderful customer service you provide!!
