What a great experience, only been in a couple vape stores before and I have to say this was definitely one I will come back to. Cassie was great, she was very helpful and made the experience all that much better. Thanks Cassie for helping us out. We will be back for sure.

I had a fantastic experience at Vapor Loft in Nampa! The wide selection of products caught my eye right away. My girlfriend and I both purchased disposable vapes, and after testing them in-store, we discovered an issue with one. We returned to find the staff, especially the upstanding gentleman who assisted us, quick to identify and resolve the problem, issuing a replacement vape promptly. Kudos to Vapor Loft for excellent customer service and a vast product range!
