The young man who brought my purchases to my truck, "Dev", is an excellent customer facing representative for your company. Mr Dev has outstanding customer service etiquette and is very personable. This young man has a bright future in whatever career he pursues with his very approachable demeanor and positive attitude. Great experience for me as I am usually not the one who does the pick-up of groceries. Thank you kindly, Dev, I appreciate you!

A clean well spaced store. It is kept looking newer despite being an older store. I know the staff is caring and hard working always. I like the extra bit of variety they seem to offer at this location. I did also see the stranger things vegan chicken nuggets that are so very delicious and worthy of a meat eaters critique. I have not tried the pizza by stranger things but hear it is most tasty also. I am sure I will give this store another visit before my stay here is over.

Great store, kinda lost that Walmart feel though ever since they remodeled it to look like a target store. Great grocery store & so glad they've updated their health food options.

Pleasantly surprised at the newly remodeled Collierville Walmart. Well stocked, wide aisles, plenty of cashiers!

Visited the Garden Center. All of the plants look healthy. I selected a nice fern, a couple of hanging baskets, and some herbs. I will be back for more! There was a large selection of outdoor cushions and chairs. I was able to find a store associate easily for checkout. No complaints!

In Collierville Walmart the atmosphere is nice and comfortable and clean and the people are always smiling 😊 thanks 👍 Walmart.

Walmart has made some changes with the checkout. There are more self check outs. How to line up is confusing to people. Use your app to find the product and the right isle.

I just wanted to give Sabrina a shoutout! I had an issue with my order pickup for missing items. I had a few phone calls with Walmart pickup trying to get the issue sorted out. She was the last person I talked to and even took the initiative to call me back to keep me updated on the process! Talk about stellar customer service! She’s a manager in training. Definitely pleased with the service and will be coming back to do pick up orders at this location. Thank you again!

Great place to shop. Not a huge place but had got almost everything I need. Very rarely i see things out of stock. Staff are friendly. Returns is a breeze. Btw the returns doesnt close early unlike other places(as of this writing). Pharmacy is really great. Self checkout is a plus and don't get intimidated at the waiting line for self checkout. I do notice some counters non functional time to time but I do see they try to keep all of the counters repaired and active so the line moves fast.

It's a huge store! Well stocked especially in these times. Nice and clean with human checkouts fresh cleaned counters and card readers. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I was even able to score some Girl Scout cookies! Awesome!!

The lines are always super long but I love the staff. They're so friendly and always smile. The lady that often works the self check out is absolutely the sweetest and always remembers me:)

Our first visit was today, and the difference between certain areas, and the cleanliness, and service differ greatly! What a difference! Very clean! The shelves were actually stocked! Please continue to maintain this level of service!

Very bz today but had what I needed.

I love their “homemade” French bread. It’s only $1.75 for a loaf and is well worth it.

My husband ordered a tire for me. Unfortunately, I had to be the one to go and get it. Besides that issue, I was able to get it put on and balance within a hour and a half. That was with 3 cars in front of me. My tire sensor was not damage. One happy customer.

Everything was neat and clean! The sales associates so friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is they need to have more checkouts open than 1 during peak hours
