Highly recommended! My son went out of state and forgot something. I went to this store to have it shipped to the hotel he is staying at. Two days later the store called to let me know the package got delivered to the hotel. He just wanted to let me know the front desk signed for it. I immediately called my son and he went down to the front desk and got his package. What great customer service! I will never go anywhere else to send packages. This is the only store for me!

Always very busy but they keep the line moving. The employees and friendly and helpful. You can tell this location is well managed. Easily one of the best UPS stores. Keep up the great work!

I accidentally left my car keys in the store and the employee found me In Krogers and brought my keys to me!! This was also during closing, so this wasn't even customer service, it's being a Great employee!!!

This is a fantastic store! We went in on 12/30/21 to ship many delicate and odd sized sentimental items to multiple addresses. They expertly and efficiently recommended the best and safest way to ship the items and quickly packed them. They showed kindness while facing a growing line and their credit card processor working intermittently. Sorry for slowing down the line. You knocked it out of the park!

The best UPS store I've ever used. They were already closed, dude opened the door to take my package anyways. I got something printed, they took some extra time to cut everything PERFECT and hardly even charged me for it. These guys go above and beyond!

I stopped in to have a small box of cookies sent to my son for his birthday. The package was scheduled to be delivered on Monday which was fine given that it was Friday afternoon. Did the package arrive on Monday? Nope. It arrived 24 hours later..... a full two days earlier than promised! Talk about great service! I will definitely be returning to this store.

This was my first time at this UPS Store. Other UPS stores are not personable. I had a package that had to get to Washington quickly and he quoted me USPS and UPS price. I got a wonderful price and guaranteed arrival by Wednesday. The most unusual thing was I got a call from the owner today telling me that my package arrived two days early in Washington!! What service. I never got a call before from anyone about when my package arrived. Highly recommend giving your service to this family run UPS store.

I can’t say enough about the wonderful staff and the excellent service I receive! They are very professional, funny and have great attention to details. My massive Kudos go out to them as they were working so hard during the stay at home orders, while many of us were fortunate enough to work from our homes. I have been to many UPS stores, and based on my personal and business transactions here, I know they are the best! Thank you for everything you do!

What a great store. Their pricing is very fair. I’ve shipped many items over several years and they pack and tape boxes very well. The one time I had an issue, they addressed it right away very courteously. I was traveling recently and used another store. The shipping, packing and insurance fees were double what the New Albany store charges.

This place is OUTSTANDING! THEY PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! I purchased some items from an auction house and Mike coordinated everything just PERFECTLY. The items were highend items and very fragile. When I received the product from this UPS Store, the packaging job was the "BEST I'VE EVER SEEN" (and I've seen tons) - NO DAMAGE AT ALL! Mike was extremely courteous and helpful. I wish we had service like this where I live! THANK YOU MIKE!!! YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE EXEMPLARY!!!

I work for a boutique in CA called jinny. We wanted to specially thank the kind members of the team at this UPS location in Ohio for helping us with an emergency with a package we had sent. They didn’t know us, or have any reason to go out of their way to help us, but they did. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty when it came to saving our package. We can’t thank them enough for this. We’ve never experienced such amazing customer service. We wish we could give them 10 stars!!!!!! Thank you New Albany UPS team!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this UPS. The customer service is always above and beyond. They always go out of their way for their customers and it makes coming here such a pleasant experience. I highly recommend coming here for any shipping needs you have at all. They are always so eager to help.

I use this location for all of my business printing needs. The prices are considerably lower than other places we've tried, the customer service is excellent, and the product always turns out fantastic. This shop has a "mom and pop" feel: they know me and can always anticipate my needs. Thanks everyone!

This store not only has the most friendly staff I’ve ever encountered at a shipping store, but they also have two dogs!!! Dogs I say!!! Plural! Sweet boi’s too. The staff remembers your face and will do what they can not to empty your pocket books for every nickel and dime. By the way, you can pet the dogs. You can also ship USPS here too. I won’t go anywhere else to do printing or shipping other than here. Dogs. Remember that.

Excellent and friendly customer service. Great prices. I went in there to send a fax. Sadly I had the wrong fax number. Instead of making me come back, they suggested I call them with the correct number. They kept the document and shreded it after it was sent. To top it off they emailed me a confirmation that the fax went through. They went above and beyond to help me out. And for that I am truly thankful. FYI avoid the Gahanna UPS location. They tried to charge $1 per page for a fax. I was not going to pay $28 to send a fax. That's just insane. New Albany only charged me $5.

EXCELLENT! UPS store #3910 is TRULY EXCELLENT. Along with being super efficient - ALL of the employees are super kind and friendly. Highly recommend - would give 6 stars if I could!!!

Rick has been incredibly helpful and flexible with my friend and I as we are trying to print wedding programs. He has gone above and beyond what we could have expected and is doing everything possible to help us! Excellent customer service!!
