Such a fun Pop Culture store! The selection of vinyl and CDs is pretty small, as other reviewer‘s have said, but the store is full of other fun stuff like giant plushies, tons of unique snacks such as novelty treats inspired by anime and TV, such as My Hero Academia, Dragon Ball Z, and Rick and Morty, and plenty of other non-edible merchandise for these and many other franchises, such as a T-Shirt Wall! Always pumped to look in here, my best friend bought me a giant stuffed cat here so I honestly couldn’t complain about this store.

I didn't know FYE was still around! Went to the one at mall of NH and found some awesome clothing and misc stuff.
Good deals going on also!

Love this place retro and new stuff

I enjoy that they have exclusive merch and figures that aren’t available on their website! I think that’s pretty cool! I wish they had better treatment for their employees, as their employees are very kind and helpful.

Some cute stuff for kids, but expensive

Smallest FYE my kids and I have visited. Very limited DVD 📀 selection. Geared for fanboys but limited selection. Couldn't find anything of interest. Facemasks required.

I had a good time with my sons and my grandson here. It was kind of like a cross between a candy store and a Newbury Comics. There was a lot of specialty memorabilia.

They will trick you into signing up for something called a backstage pass by coaxing you to give them your email for “discounts on purchases” but completely fail to inform you that it is $11.99 a month automatically charged to your card, and when you call to cancel it, they give you a hard time. Very fishy and scammer-ish if you ask me, never shopping here again.

Don't sign up for the backstage pass the cashier pushes on you! They neglect to tell you that it's 11.99 a month. The cashier I had made it seem like it was just a rewards card and never once mentioned any subscription. Luckily I saw an email almost a month later saying that my free trial was up and I was going to be charged 11.99 a month, I NEVER gave consent to that. Scammers!

I don't like it at all. Everything is 2X the normal price. And they don't have much things except for overpriced gaming things.

Had a really uncomfortable time on Saturday when I was in here. The older man behind the counter was aggressively attempting to get contact info. He first tried to tell me that he needed it to send me a receipt to which I asked him to print, he said he needed it to sign me up for their loyalty program, which I refused, and then he demanded "Why won't you just give it to me?" I left the store feeling scared he was going to follow us out.

This location is always closing early. Everytime I make my way to the mall, it's closed. It's so frustrating!
I was finally able to make it the other day, and not a single employee even looked at me. Everyone looks miserable. Employees will walk right past the line and not even check anyone out. Why do I have to wait 10 mins to see anyone??
The place is cluttered and sticky. Why is the store physically wet? Someone needs to fix that. Does not make me want to return at all.
This store either needs a mangment change, or needs to leave the mall.

Asked to get a sweatshirt that was on a mannequin (because it was the last one left) and was told that it couldn’t be taken off the mannequin because then what would they put on the mannequin… I’m no rocket scientist BUT the store is FILLED with other tops that it could had easily been replaced with & it definitely shouldn’t be a window display if you don’t even have the item in stock. My son was very sad. I was very upset & now I’ll have to order it online myself and he’ll get it whenever (not in time for school next Wednesday) when I feel this could had been all avoided if I was just “allowed” to buy what the store is selling and has IN THE ACTUAL STORE.

This place refuses to fix the AC, store is in the high 80s. I heard the employees talking about having heat exhaustion and throwing up. Unacceptable conditions for employees and customers alike, FYE needs to treat its workers better

My brother had picked up one of the fidget toys and started to play with it, I had told him it was time to go and to put it down, so he put it down In the place he found it ( the record rack, it was already misplaced there so he put it back) and one of the workers came up to him and said “seriously act like an adult”. My brother has severe autism and doesn’t know better. Super unprofessional! I have a membership there too and will no longer be paying for it!
