The Home Depot

My wife and I went in today to purchase some new appliances. The lady in appliances was super helpful and spent like an hour with us. However this store only had one of the items and we would need to go to a different location for the second item to complete the matching set. By doing that one of the items charged us $200 more dollars than it was supposed to. Well the couple of ladies that we had to speak to, and the manager that came were fantastic. At first with the error, me and my wife were a little agitated that we were charged so much more than the listed price. But these ladies just remained awesome and immediately remedied the situation. Honestly that may have been the best customer service experience I’ve had.

Love Home Depot on Hill Road in Grand Blanc, MI. Perfect if you need installation on a home project. From carpet to blinds, they guided us and followed through.

OMG I love this store! They have anything and everything you could possibly need for literally any DYI project. The staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful, so It's always a learning experience to go there and it's so much fun that if I don't already have an ongoing project, I will come up with a new one just for a reason to go! The prices are quite reasonable too. Aside from all of that, I especially love that they are dog friendly, because my fur babies love to go as much as I do! Sometimes there are so many people with their dogs there that it's almost like going to a dog show! I'm one gal who would choose Home Depot over a shopping mall any day!

My furnace was condemned today by an HVAC company. I walked into this store just unbelievably stressed out. Matt and Plumbing walked by and must have seen the stress on my face while i tried to pick out some space heaters. He told me to hang tight while he clocked in. He then came back answered all my questions, confirmed I was making the right choice, got me approved for a credit card, and got a Service Company scheduled to come out and replace the furnace. Matt basically took my stress and just obliterated it, and being new to the area that meant the world to me!

In receiving Doug was fast and safe Hilo driver. Was very respectful of my trailer. Very gently took the stuff. Always in good mood very jolly person.

Nice place. Had some stuff that helped me Get'R Done®©.

We love The Home Depo. It is dangerously close to our home. Sometimes I go there just to check out all the cool new things!

I had a fantastic experience at this Home Depot. Three people asked if they could help me out, and the paint lady was absolutely fantastic with our order! Best Home Depot experience I have had!

I really enjoy taking my kids to do the crafts when they are available. It's a nice way to get the little ones into building crafts and confidence. And obviously a great place to get most everything you need for home projects, etc.

Great helpful service by staff who answered my questions & directed me to what i was looking for. Got Christmas tree here too. Thank you Home Depot.

This is an excellent location of Home Depot. The staff here has always been very friendly and willing to help when needed, but also allowing customers to browse freely as desired without hovering over them. I have personally had the staff here commit an hour or more to helping me find what I needed at times. I'm sure are people like this at every Home Depot, but I do go out of my way slightly to patronize this location by choice.

I have to say that Home Depot always gets me into trouble lol I spend way too much money here and I ALWAYS find more amazing things to buy everytime I come. I do wish they had more coupons and discounts because stuff is sooooo expensive these days and I get sad when I cannot get what I want because my husband tells me it's too much 😂😂 The Garden Center is my favorite, I'm always finding PLEEEEENTY of new plants and things. The staff here isn't all the friendly though lol mostly they just walk by you and don't say anything but I don't need them to, I find plenty without their help lol

Jim in appliances did an outstanding job opening a credit card (for the discount) and selling my daughter a LG washer, dryer and dishwasher. He was very patient and explained everything to her in process. He offered us water and wasn't pushy. Just super nice to work with. (I know the difference). Now I just hope the delivery and install from GE goes smoothly and there are no problems. She just bought a house near 2763. I want her to have a store she can depend on for her needs. There will be a lot.

This is the best location in my area, the staff always kind and friendly, they answer all of my questions no matter how long it takes, they immediately know where all items are located, items are always organized very neatly but more importantly the store is always clean, they always have what I'm looking, the items are of great quality and if it's possible they order the item I need, thank you Home Depot.

We returned flooring. No questions asked. Employees were helpful and polite. We then bought new flooring. The employee who helped us was also polite. This location didn't have enough, he found us more at another location. Over all we had a great experience.🌟💯

The worker there was amazing. They didn't have the part we needed and he suggested a place that did...we never heard of the place but they were able to fix our 1970 lawnmower for us. Love this home Depot 😍
