Staff Lorie Thompson very good service and polite ,willing to help customers and good sales lady so I buy more.She not only help walgreen to sell also build a good relation to customers, I will visit this shop to buy more and give her a five stars.

Over the last couple years we used to live by the Walgreen’s on Durango/Blue Diamond but they are always super short staffed (not employees’ fault I’m guessing they don’t get paid a lot and a lot of Karens go there specifically for some reason and yell at everyone) so it always takes forever to get anything done. I have never had a problem with any staff at any Walgreens they have all been great but this one seems to be the most efficient one on our side of town as far as filling prescriptions and also for vaccines. I don’t know why there are so many low star reviews I have never had a problem at this location and actually have come to prefer it over most others.

I really like this store AND pharmacy staff. I mostly have dealt with the pharmacy staff, but both are pretty legit.

Everyone has always treated me well enough for me to keep coming back...which says a lot since you can tell they are always so busy!! Pandemic whaaaattt?!

The manager, I think her name is Kassandra? She looks like she’s really trying to do everything she can to make that place go while making sure it stays safe. If you’ve ever had a conversation with her, it’s VERY obvious she is skilled at what she does. I always leave feeling safer with my medication having gone through her stores approval. (Sometimes doctor’s be missin’ interactions, yo)

But her staff seems well trained and fast moving. You can tell, or at least I can tell when I wait, they’re pushing themselves to make sure stuff is done and everyone is waited on.

Thank you guys for always being so quick and awesome on my behalf!! I’ll keep not refilling early, keeping track of how many refills I have, and just doing what IIIIIII can to try to make things easier on you during this pandemic/shot season!!

The pharmacy is a zero because of the manager Cassandra . I’m taking my prescriptions else where because of her . But the actual store is well stocked and ran by a really kind man Justin

Like this pharmacy: quick, friendly, and have all my medications that I need. Changed to this Walgreens since the other Walgreens either didn’t carry the meds or only partially. Was fed up with it. Quick to refill and text me when ready. Had all my information stored in the computer. All are very professional.

This is my go to place Walgreens, I was too late to take the online survey so I’ll rate you guys on here! Shawn ! You are an amazing worker and the amount of pride you take in your work and care you take for your customers was evident while you help me. Going above and beyond by showing how to use my balance rewards and how to earn more as well as the goodie bag! Thanks Shawn! God blesses you! Receive it!

I called to see if they had any Belana the blue cow and I just hit the jackpot! And they said they just put them out they are so kind they were even going to set one aside for us!! I rate this 5 stars!

This store is by far the cleanest Walgreens in the area. The management staff does their job well.

I actually went there earlier today, my son has a cough and with there being so many choices I just didn't know which one to pick. I asked one of the employees there and she was such an amazing help (I wish I got her name). She took me right to to isle where everything was and pointed out to me a few different options. My only complain about this place is the young Asian cashier man, he's slower than slow and he was just standing at his register (doing literally nothing) while I was in line for about 5 minutes until he said that he'll help me. I literally bought two items and it took about 10 mins for his slow ass to ring me up and cash me out. This isn't the first time I've had to deal with him. I wish all the employee were more like the young woman that helped me!!
