Ross at UPS went above & beyond! Our package was missing because it was delivered to a dorm in Columbus. He called them and tracked it down. They got it to my son in time for his job interview! True customer service!!

Great store, great service.. the employees are all so helpful. They do seem busy at times, but the line moves fast. They have multiple services here, I haven't used them all- but I can speak for a few of them. Ordering prints online for pickup, delivery service, Amazon returns, and their notary service. A++

I was at the UPS store to send a package back. The manufacturer sent me a return sticker through my email. I don't have a printer so I didn't know what to do. I was told that I could take it to UPS and they would help me. I am a senior citizen and I don't know much about computers so I was happy to have help. The young man at the counter Logan listened to my issue and said he could help. I gave him my tablet and he connected it to their Wi-Fi at the store. He found my document and printed it out. I felt bad because there was a few people in the store but everyone was extremely patient with me especially Logan. Then Collin came up and started helping the others. They worked very well together and were so patient and kind to each of us. Most were senior citizens. Everyone talks about how young people are rude and don't want to work but I was delighted that wasn't my experience at this location.

Customer service was top notch. The printing for our business sign and brochures was absolutely phenomenal. As a small business owner, we felt a personal touch was given throughout the process. Business owner was very communicative throughout the development of our sign making sure we had exactly what we needed. I will be back to work with this store for any future purchases I may need for my business.

Excellent service! UPS store 3008 in Akron collected, packaged and shipped several items for me. The costs were reasonable, the package arrived quickly, and the contents were packaged very securely. Couldn’t ask for more. Thanks again!

Been using this location for years for my UPS drop-off point. Friendly and attentive staff. Enjoy seeing them and the store is clean and organized. Nice selection of supplies if you need an item and want to avoid driving to another store just for that one thing. They are always smiling.

I stumbled upon these reviews checking the hours because I have to go there tomorrow and I cant believe this place wouldn't have higher reviews. Between me and my wife we been here about 30 times with damaged Amazon returns and always have had fast, professional great service.

I am a regular customer at this store location and have experienced only the best customer service. The staff are very friendly and have gotten to know me personally, making each trip in to the store a delight to interact with them. I was happy to discover their personalized design and printing services which have been high quality and delivered on time (have ordered photo calendars to party invitations). Happy to support this local small business!

I have been doing business with The UPS Store on S. Arlington Rd. for the past 5 years. Mark and Tatina have been absolutely amazing to work with. They care about their business and customers and it shows. We initially used the UPS Store for shipping and then purchased a mailbox. Mark was persistent but never pushy to earn my company's print business. Our company is business to business and will mail as much as 20,000-30,000 letters every month. We gave the UPS Store a small sampling to work with and they did such a great job we had them handle all of our print and mail business. I cannot say enough good things about the UPS Store on S. Arlington and its hard working owners.

Very friendly and professional staff. Even when there are loads of people around Christmas sending out packages they are knowledgeable, quick and efficient.

I go to this store almost daily to drop off packages for my business. Staff is always friendly and helpful and if they have time they even help me carry in packages from my car. Best UPS store I have been to!

This place is trying to run a BUSINESS and I am amazed with all the complaints about TAPE!! Come on people.. They have to buy tape for there business and then you want it for free when taping up a AMAZON return or somethig like that... WOW. This is one of the best UPS Stores i Hae ever gone to and the owner is a great person who does alot for all the other business around.
