One Stop

Saturday night, 9-ish pm, i run into this station to grab a drink and some tums. I place my items on the counter and he ask “do you have a rewards card?” (Or a speedy card......??) something to that effect. I politely answer “no.......that’s ok “ and he says “oh ok, no big deal.......” reaches around and swipes a card and I’m thinking “oh cool.....he just hooked me up with a discount!” He then bags my items, hands me the bag and says “here you go. Have a great night “ Clearly confused, I ask “what do I owe you?” He says “nothing” smiles again and says “have a great night “
Like.........do what?! Really?! I was shocked and confused but obviously said “are you sure?!” And thanked him several times.
I’ll be honest....... I’m still kinda confused but like.......what an awesome act of kindness!! That’s never happened to me before. And I honestly don’t know why it happened then but just want to give a mega-huge shout out to to that guy and his awesome act of kindness. I will definitely, no doubt about it, pay that forward.
So thankful there are good people still out there.

Only come here if I have to. Management and most employees just stand outside and smoke and talk, then get huffy puffy with customers when they have to come inside and do their jobs. I’ve came in at night before and the woman ringing me up was on the phone and acted like I wasn’t there. I don’t know if customer service just isn’t prioritized here or what but it’s a wreck.
Shout out to Kindra though, she’s always so sweet, friendly and working hard any time I do stop in. The rest need to take notes.

I had the same woman Aaron wood had. I handed the clerk a 50 and she said starting already this morning and as she counted change she continued to speak negatively towards me. I almost told her to give me my money back but I but my lip got my change and left.

If i could review this lower i 100% would give this store negative 5 stars me and my babies mother have both come in here and the heavier black hair lady with glasses is always rude to us she throws our drinks into bags huffs and puffs rolls her eyes hung up on me when i called back and asked to speak to a manager she absolutely needs to be fired or taken out of the publics eye truly sad sad service
