AT&T Store

This at&t location always has been my lifesaver.

At At&t, the representatives Fernando and Jacob have been so friendly and truly Professional and so skilled about how today's technology has changed.

They both rescued me out multiple times when i had difficulties operating my phone system.
They got my problem solved in no time with smiles.

The prices on their electronic products are very competitive and affordable than elsewhere.

They always spend quality time with me and explained their products in a full terms, to make sure i understood and everything was clear.

I have had and will spread the word to my friends and family to this location, simply because of the representatives(Fernando and Jacob)in which running the business for the At&t corporation.

Came in today and was greeted right away. Fernando helped me and he was so kind. He smiled the entire time and gave me some advice on a couple of chargers.

Employee George did the main service which was excellent. Employee Alex stepped in w some helpful stuff which was excellent too. Our wait time was 0-5 minutes because no customer(s) were in the store when we walked in. Then slowly others showed up. Store was clean and well lite as well.

Great service at this store! The guy helping me was very knowledgeable and had me out of there very quickly. I will definitely be going back to this location just because of the good service.

Alex was great. He took the time to answer all my questions and I was even able to charge my new phone while the switch was being done. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful during the selection process and switch over process to the new phone.

I dont remember the 2 gentlemans names, but my friend and myself visited the store and was greeted kindly by your folks. My friend and myself were in a candy store, lets face it, its ATT. Its employees like the 2 gentleman than assisted both at the same time. The were always courteous and professional and have a good smile under the mask that they had to wear. I will tell you this, give them a lil bonu$ or raise during their next review. They earned it, and its gentleman like them providing exceptional service, is why I stay with ATT 23 years. They explain the upgrades, shown use equipment, i even picked up a Roko that otherwise I would order on Amazon. Do the guys a favor, the location is good but not a prime spot, get them some ATT flags, etc for the location. I would greatly shop with them again! ATTN: District or Regional - Award these 2 gentlemen (young guys) for a great shopping experience and for well-above complete service! I will follow-up to see if you made the effort. Thank You!

I first went to the AT&T store at19752 I-45 N. Never again. Glad to have found this store. On Aug 22 they attempt to help gave me info on what I needed to take care of activation to my new phone. Went back on the 23rd and the Manager assisted me, he was very professional, respectful and took care of setting up phone. All employees in this store went far and beyond to help. Thank you so vey much.

Great service! Jorge was so helpful with everything, very knowledgeable and made the process quick and easy. Got everything done very fast and was able to answer any questions I had. Overall, great experience!
