Competition is good, and perhaps the process continue to drop helping us the consumer.

Brand new awesome store! Biggest Kroger in Texas, it has 76 aisles and carries almost everything you could possibly need! All the departments here have the biggest selection I've seen in a Kroger store, and even has a clothing department! Extremely nice staff, very helpful! I especially love the meat and seafood department. They have a HUGE selection of high quality meats at great prices including the hard to find PRIME beef and their friendly, helpful staff will happily customise your selection to your exact instructions! They even have a professional chef that prepares and grills samples of his custom recipes right there in store for you, to try and gives you a printed copy of his recipes so you can cook it for yourself! This is my absolute favorite grocery store hands down!

Love this local Kroger market. They provide ton of products and amazing marketplace for your shopping needs. Have to come to see

I was at the Kroger on Birnam Woods today.I want to thank Ben for always being an excellent front end self check out cashier. He really is so professional and also very protective of your loyal customers. I come to this Kroger because of the way I am treated . Excellent job Ben!!!
I also have had Mashun as a cashier. She too is an excellent worker and makes the visit to the grocery store pleasant. Thank you both!

I like this Kroger as much as I like their competition down the road, but I have to tell you this time of year this Kroger wins hands down. You see my wife and I look forward to this time of the year because this is when the Hatch green chilies are harvested and these two stores carry them. It was in prior years that only the competition roasted them on sight and I'm sorry but they do a piss poor job of doing it. I went as I usually do held my breath and prayed that this year would be different, and it was to some extent, at least the skins weren't all blackened but as always for the price of $2.98 a pound I ended up with 3 pound and a half containers of green chilies with the ends all shredded. The chilies are great for making salsa or with potatoes and eggs in the morning or for burritos, but they are useless for making things like chile rellenos.
Thank you Kroger I purchased almost 8 lbs. of the hot Hatch roasted green chilies still warm in the bags for a more realistic price and almost all of them are perfectly roasted and in perfect condition very few with shredded ends. Please pass my compliments on to the gentleman that roasted the green chilies that day 8/5/23 as he is a true connoisseur of the roaster and should train others on how it's done. My compliments Kroger you are the champion of green chili lovers this time. Please keep it up old Herman is getting too big for its britches and needs true competition.

Do the grocery pickup. Seriously, for real, download the app and do the grocery pickup. My wife and I resisted grocery pickup for years and finally we tried it a few weeks back. You pull into a parking spot, open the app and let them know what spot you're in, then some dude comes out and puts all your groceries in your trunk. The groceries are in huge plastic bags too, not the regular bags, making it easy to carry in all the groceries at once and not make 5 trips to the car. Full disclosure: they did leave out some groceries once but they were quick to fix it (having to drive back to the store erased the time savings, but it only happened once so whatevs).

Wow! This Kroger is ginormous, every option possible and large isles making it a nice shopping experience. Huge beer and wine selections. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable on items and where the grocery items I was looking for was. Even checking out the staff was so kind. I wish the Kroger by my house was as nice as this one!!!

Love this store! They associates are friendly, especially Sami in floral. She always has the place looking so pretty and cheerful. Heather in the pharmacy goes above and beyond for every customer. You can't beat the deals on clothing when they are on sale and they have an awesome selection of shoes.

Samantha in the flower department was super sweet and created a beautiful bouquet that my friend loved. The flowers at this location are the best in the area.

I use the pharmacy mostly. The staff at the pharmacy are all very helpful. They are also very knowledgeable about the drugs and different drugs and their reaction. They offer excellent personal customer service. I am very pleased with them. I have only shopped the grocery store a few times. It seems nice bright and spacious. This is a one stop store so they have lots of other things including clothes. I have gotten several nice things on clearance but otherwise their prices are very high. Good store. It still looks brand new.

4/23/2022 Samantha in the floral department not only exceeded my expectations, she knocked it out if the park with her design capabilities & customer service! I highly recommend that the next time you need an arrangement, corsage etc. to stop in and let her design skills impress you too.

Would like to applaud the young gentleman who helped me with questions regarding product comparisons i.e. Name brands versus Kroger products. Other than the price differences he seemed to know the Kroger products being better or the same as the name brands since he himself also purchases the Kroger products for his family. Even took the time to show me where they were located. 👏👏 Great Customer Service and knowledge of store products - name brands and Kroger brands. I've noticed other store associates there at this store lacking these qualities of Customer Service. The young gentleman's name was Lawrence. Would recommend he be acknowledged and also train other associates to be as helpful as he is. This would be beneficial to your store.

Love their selection of meats, seafood and produce. Everyone is helpful and extremely nice. Especially the young man at the self checkout line.

Great staff, very clean. Aisles are easily managed . Good sale prices!! Walmart who??Never!!Today I went some brainiac had left a dog in car no air windows up??? Jason the manager cared enough to call non emergency. Dog had bn in vehicle at least 50 minutes. So he stayed w vehicle till fd got there. So thank you for caring more about a beautiful dog more than actual owners. Compassion is spelled K R O G E R!!

Friendly staff, great selection, convenient location. Layout is different from what I'm used to, but once I learn, it will be easy one-stop shopping. Love that I don't have to unload my cart on conveyor belt. Cashier pulls items directly from cart.

I love how clean this store is. The isles are wide and not narrow, and there is a very large selection of items in pretty much every department. The young lady who helped check me out was very friendly and had a genuine smile. Will definitely come back here to shop for groceries.
