I had a great experience shopping here at this location. They've got some very good finds for some Holiday gifts here. The Manager Shelvin is an amazing lady. She truly was so helpful. She seems to really care about her store, her co-workers, and especially making sure her customers are happy and finding what they need. She was extremely helpful and I couldn't have been more grateful & thankful for her help. She was also the one to approach me to see if I was finding things ok and to let her know if I needed anything. She was most helpful and it was one of the best Customer Service experiences I've had with a Store Manager. Given the time of the night, she along with her coworkers NaShay & Elijah were extremely patient and very efficient with end of night preparations while handling my purchases and closing up shop.
The Store Manager there named Shelvin definitely deserves to be recognized for her sincere efforts. I had a great shopping experience with her help and I am just super happy she approached me. Thank you Shelvin & NaShay for your dedication to making your customers happy 😊

I just had an opportunity to call this pharmacy for needed assistance and was given excellent service. the person that I spoke with went above and beyond to take care of my needs. I don't understand all of these negative reviews. Must be from people that think they are special or should I say spoiled.

I love our Walgreens here, they are always courteous & helpful. That is just a very busy Walgreens & people are impatient these days. Especially when they are sick.

Been going to the pharmacy since this store has opened. I take a number of medications and my physician authorizes a 90 day supply. However, last week, for some reason, only a 7 day supply was authorized. I contacted my GP and their computer showed a 90 day supply was authorized. Again I contacted this Walgreens and when they submitted it, the 90 day supply was rejected. I was not very polite with the Walgreen’s person, however, instead of saying about having the Drs office contact them, they told me their computer is not wrong. They had listed my previous Dr from 2 years ago. Sheesh. On Monday this week, I called this store again. The prescription was denied. Called my Dr again and the nurse spent over 30 minutes on the phone She was very upset. Finally, after 5 days the prescription was filled. I will never go back to this pharmacy again. Not worth the stress and they probably don’t want to see me again anyway. It was Walgreen’s data base and NOT my Drs.

I had some photos printed to this walgreens and i understand that the workers can obviously see what i’m printing….however, one guy when i was trying to check out was saying “Oh i couldn’t help but look at all your pictures! there was just so many”. I probably won’t be using this location photo options because of this. it just doesn’t sit right with me that someone was paid to look at my photos and just decided he was going to tell me about it. thank the lord i didn’t have anything embarrassing in there.

The amount of waiting time in line is unacceptable. I have spent 30 plus min in the drive through and almost 20 min waiting in line inside. I have also tried to get in touch with a pharmacist via phone and it put me on a loop over and over. When you're sick and waiting on medication- it's not acceptable. If you're slammed , hire more staff to accommodate the demand.
