Was there yesterday very clean store the tacos looked amazing and James was a amazing person to meet will be coming back very clean store

Went at around 9pm on 10/15/22, lady working in the front was super nice, everything was nice and clean and the drinks were great.

Amazing staff! Very friendly and store looks well kept up! James is a very great worker!

Stopped by at 1:10 a.m. this morning for a quick and easy snack run, because this one of the only nearby 24-hour stores that I like going to. By the time I get there, the doors are locked and the guy at the counter won't respond to me knocking on the door. It took another customer knocking on the door with me for him to unlock the door and only let the other gentleman in because he was picking up. It looked like it was just the guy at the counter and another customer, who I'm assuming was his friend, sitting inside the store just talking as I approached the doors initially. Very unprofessional behavior for a normally professional and friendly location. I see in the reviews that this is a common issue, and this NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED. I, as well as many other customers, will inevitably stop going to this location if they continue like this.

Worst Customer Service After Hours, two employees in particular are very lazy after 12 am - 8 am. I would avoid this store during these hours. They lock the doors for “Door Dash” only the burrito portion isn’t open & they hardly ever make hot food. The employees are so lazy & useless. I work over 12 hrs I don’t understand what their sorry excuse is but it’s unacceptable & everything wrong with late night employees

Terrible Customer Service from all levels. If I could give no stars, I would! The cashier Angel never turned the gas pump on after I paid. So I went back into the store to ask her to turn it on. I then went to the pump and noticed it was not turned on, AGAIN. So I went into the store the 3rd time and asked what was going on. She then accused me of having an attitude and told me to lower my voice. However, my tone was never raised or did I exhibit an attitude. Angel then refused to talk to me. Instead rolled her eyes. I asked to speak to her manager and she still ignored me. Then finally called the asst manager over. The Asst. Manager was nearby the entire time but never came to intervene until she was called. The Asst Manager’s name was Lauren, and she apologized but never acknowledge Angel’s poor customer service or behavior. When I asked her for the store manager’s name and number, she stated she couldn’t give that information out. As though that was confidential. As I was speaking to Lauren, Angel proceeded to talk about me to the other customers. Someone like Angel should never work in customer service and would probably benefit from working at another job. She never greeted me when I walked in or acknowledge me me the entire transaction. In fact, she talked to Lauren about buying a car. Angel handled herself very poorly and Lauren was absolutely no help. If this is the face of 7-11, then I will NEVER spend another dime in that store. In fact, I wouldn’t recommend anyone I know to spend money there if that’s the level of customer service displayed!

Ghettoest store in the area! Ghetto workers.. trashy nasty disgusting store greasy floors.. showed up at 630pm on a Thursday doors are locked.. what a joke. Wish we could get a good convenient store in the area
