I purchased several items to make Christmas baskets for friends and families. The jamón and cheese are absolutely delicious. I made a wonderful paella with the spicy chorizo and it turned out fabulous. Everyone asked where I had bought the saffron and paprika, which gave the dish an authentic Valencia taste. I referred everyone to Juan Diaz, the owner of the market, to learn what to buy and how to make the paella. Great customer service and great products. I will be a returning customer.
