Staff is wonderful. Katy the manager is really an awesome manager and employee. My issue isn’t with the store but Goodwill Houston. The pricing levels across all stores is truly awful. $70 for a pair of boots I can buy new for &125? This boutique concept is absolutely ridiculous. If you want your stores to price up items, teach them to CLEAN AND SANITIZE THEM. The staff says they are basing prices off of eBay pricing, but when you buy something from eBay you get them cleaned, sanitized, and polished. Do better. Lower your prices to a more reasonable level. 30% of what the SALE prices are on eBay for example. Otherwise, clean and sanitize the items to justify the markup. Overall I love Goodwill, especially this store.
