AT&T Store

I came into this store and was helped instantly! Great customer service and the staff was very nice and friendly. Got my Internet ordered fast with no issues. This store has a great environment, would highly recommend!

I went to the Att store by Kohl’s in CS originally. Cole yelled at me when I was asking for help. I even cried because he was so rude to me. I felt like AT&T just took my money and refused to help me. So I went to this store. The manager was so friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to do what ever she could to at least reassure me. Even though she couldn’t fix my service, she did resolve my concerns. She made me feel like my issue mattered to her. Not many people have patience to work with tough situations but she was a perfect representation of what customers service should be like. Please give her a raise and have her mentor others!

If I could give 6 I would! Fantastic service from Javier! Helped me trade in my phone for a new model and assisted me all the way through to take advantage of their promos! Saved a lot of money thanks to this location, will definitely come back and make this my personal store

April was our Representative and was alone.. she did a great job taking care of us! Sold us on family package including 2 new IPhone 14 pro max and ear pods and many accessories! All while taking care of everyone walking in needing help at same time!

Bryan & Kyle helped me from the very beginning. They put a ton of effort and did everything they could to help me fox my phone. When they found out my phone didn't work at all, they swiftly contacted at&t support to redeem my warranty, and i got my new phone within a day or two. Bryan & Kyle were very friendly and were happy to help. 10/10 experience.

I visited this store last week, though I wasn't ready to make a change. The staff was ex exceptional. Alyssa was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions. I will be back!

My phone came in three weeks early. Kyle and Bryan were so incredible and helped me so much. I was in and out in 30 minutes, service was so quick. This is the best AT&T I’ve been too.

Elisa is the BEST ATT representative that I have had in buying phones EVER, and Kyle was so very helpful when I went back to the store with questions about my new Apple 13 Pro phone. I have always had Samsung phones, but I love my new Apple phone and Apple Watch! Yea Elisa and Kyle.👍🏻👏

Brian and Alissa helped us out tremendously and patiently with a glitch on our iPhone XR. They were quite helpful and thorough! We even left with extra knowledge gained. It’s always a good day when you learn something new and your issue has been fixed. They are amazing!!!

Elisa was very helpful and knowledgeable about AT&T services. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure that we properly transferred & synced our photos and data over to our new phone. We will definitely be coming back and requesting her every time we come back.

Best cell phone store experience EVER!!!! I am not a technology guru nor anywhere close! Historically cell phone shopping has been such a headache, typically I feel rushed into making a decision. Most of the time I feel the sales reps are in a rush to get done and on to the next guest. NOT HERE! Our sales Rep Elisa was phenomenal! She took her time and went over EVERYTHING, she gave us several options to select from, provided advice and suggestions to help us come to a decision that satisfied the whole family. Word to all you guys needing AT&T assistance....go to the Harvey Mitchell location, get you an Elisa, she rocks!

I had some issues with my daughter's phone, and we went here, and Kris was the best he provided great customer service and was able to fix our problem.

Both me and my husband are new customers to At&T so going in the store we had expectations on what we wanted. Well what we wanted was not ideal for us because we are also trying to build credit, with the amazing help of there customer service at the Harvey Mitchell store we were able to find a great deal that would suit our lives. I had so many questions and I felt like I was bothering them with them but they never once made me feel like they felt bothered with any of my questions, there patients and understanding to our situation put me at ease and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to switch phone provides.
